Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen CSE which opens a wide range of field aspects in your future career if you will be looking for any job. The course curriculum in KLH is easy compared to others so I love this academic pressure is not much in KLH.
Fees and Financial Aid
Talking about my fees, I got the other state quota scholarship, which is about 20%. So, 20% of my fees are reduced. So, I need to pay only Rs 1,16,000 Lakh per semester and for the year you can calculate accordingly as 2 semesters are every year. So, if you are from the state and planning to join KLH, then you'll get this scholarship, and many more options are there for scholarships according to your academic performance in 12th grade. Scholarships are also given upon your performance in exams like KLEEE, JEE, 12th Boards and AP EAPCET and get up to 100% scholarships too. Normal tuition fees at KLH will be around 2.60L - 3.00L per year depending upon the course you choose. If you opt for the hostel then many options are there to choose and for transportation right now in 2024, it is Rs 47,000. I guess every year it increases by 2k - 3k. So this is the overview of fees in KLH, for more info and fee structures, you contact the office or have a visit to the campus.
Campus Life
According to me, overall campus life is above average in KLH as some college focuses on placement, some focus on college life and some focus on overall development. If you are in KLH everything is provided on campus.
Admission
If you are in Telangana and took the EAMCET exam then you obviously will be looking for the best EAMCET colleges. Few are good at their place but the KLH admission process is much easier and has it's own pros and cons.
Faculty
If you are a fresher then you will be provided with a personal mentor after a few weeks. A mentor has around 20 mentees. One faculty takes a class of around 60 - 65 students. The faculties are very good. They have a rich experience in their field no doubt. Few have their Masters degree from IIT's top engineering colleges of India. They are friendly and make the student feel comfortable with them and 1 on 1 doubt solving is also promoted. Few faculties are not good but that case is the same in every single engineering college worldwide. For exams, KLH has very easy academics as compared to other colleges. For exams, there are a total of 3 exams per semester. In-sem 1, 2 and final is the End-sem exam and your semester is over and so on with every semester in every year with lab exams and internal assignments also. For marking systems it is lenient a bit no -ve markings are there so it is easy to score if you just listen in the class also.
Other Applied Colleges
Malla Reddy Engineering College - [MREC] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)
Few cons are their in this college compared to KLH. If you are sports enthu than sad to tell you, that sports is not their for you for entire 1st year and you are not allow to bring your own laptop to the college to develop your skill...etc.
