Infrastructure of this college is one of the best in Gujarat. Faculties have some mixed review. As this is government college, management was poor and management staff are not really helpful. Extra curriculum activities are Average. One of the best thing
Entrance Preview
I got admission after 12th Science, Admission is based on HSC results. I had selected Electronics and Communications Course in Engineering stream. The reason I choose over the other course is I understand the future of Electronics in future is going to be better and better.
Course Curriculum Overview
Electronics and Communications course was under Gujarat University. I covers subjects related to Electronics and Telecom related subjects for communications. The First year subjects are common to all the branches. From the second year Core subjects will come into pictures, so students get more information about his core branch.
Internships Opportunities
At our time, for Electronics and Communication branch only 2 companies came for campus for Internship. But they selected only 5 students. They didn't provide stipend for the internship but selected for the job after complete internship. So I feels that Campus for Internship is very poor, Faculties are not more interested in this things.
Placement Experience
I can say Its very poor as per the reputation of the college. Only Few companies were came for Internship cum Job placement. Einfochip and NSN were only companies were came and selected only 5 students for Internship and Job placement.
College Events
This is government college, do not expect too much about curriculum activity. But students tried to make every event special. Sports week, Traditional day, annual functions, Freshers party, Navratri are the events will arranged every year. For technical events It was big and very intersting. It includes robotics, some competitions, paper presentation etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is Government College, so fees is really nominal. This is the best part of this college. Fee was around 2500 per year, its too less, everyone can afford this fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
No I din't availed any scholarship or loan facility, so I am not aware about it. But I think there will be same scheme as other government college has.
Campus Life
For Extracurricular activities, I can say some parts are amazing and some were not up to the mark. Robotics events are really good and people interestingly participates into this. Lab instruments are available but faculty are not so good in teaching lab examples. Sports week makes feel everyone happy almost all the sports are the part of it.
Exam Structure
Exam structure was same as Gujarat University so It was same as other colleges inside Gujarat University. Semester exams was there for every 3 months and Final exam for final semester exams. First year didn't had semester but whole year.
