- I cannot say exactly anything negative about the college but the only thing i have faced as an issue personally as an hosteller will be the transportation.
Course Curriculum Overview
I took this course as i liked physics. The curriculum is in a way such that every student will be feeling themselves as an electronics engineer after the course completion. The basical knowledge in the areas of electromagnetism, semi conductors , conductors, physical forces and their theories and some basic ideas of differentiation and integration , calculus will make the students to enjoy the learning process of this course.
Placement Experience
As per the placements, there is a separate department alotted for this named "Placement and Career development". This department is having around 7-10 faculties having a great experience. There will be special training provided for the students in every section as aptitude, coding, interview and etc. This special training will enable the students getting placed in many of the top companies.
Fees and Financial Aid
The entire fee structure of our college is divided into tution fee, placement and career development fee and miscellaneous fee. As I have to stay in hostel it is also included . The college fee will be around 80K for the first year and the hostel fee will be around 80K-85K. There will be separate fee fare for merit students and management quota. The college will be providing alumni scholarships for the students considering their family backgrounds, merit levels etc. The students can also get the scholarship provided under the Tamilnadu government scholarship schemes and also under the Central government schemes.
Campus Life
If you are interested in sports and developing any extra curricular activities, this is the right choice. There are many clubs being run by the college which enhances and provide a platform to the students with different talents. The clubs inlcude Fine arts club which will be for music and dance etc, Phorartz club which enables the students to develop their photographic skills, NSS,NCC and a lot. This college also having a special team for sports training. So the students can enjoy their college life along with their studies.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility provided is safer for both genders. The food provided will be similar to home cooked food and the taste will be okay. Four members will be in a room and everything will be maintained with high cleanliness. There will be an food court which is inside the campus will be accessed by the hostel students and they can grab essentials there.
Admission
I have actually got this college in my ranking list. But I included this college in my list because of its discipliness and experience. This college will provide you both theoritical and practical knowledge which will be lacking in many colleges. The students are motivated to widen their knowledge not only in theri specific domain but also in all other developing doimains like Artificial intellgience, Machine learning, Blockchain etc by enabling them to attend seminars and workshops conducted by the college itself and from other top tier colleges like IIT, MIT etc.
Faculty
The faculties are very experienced and they mentor the students and guide them always. The faculties are very kind and gentle so that the students can approach them regarding clearing their doubts. As of my personal experience my department faculties are very experienced and they even guide us apart from the syllabus. As per the course, i did electronics and engineering which majorly focuses on physics and mathematics. The basic knowledge will be the best foundation for this course.
