Course Curriculum Overview
Definitely my interest towards coding leads to my decision of taking computer Science as my branch.The professor teach amazing and also takes care of current trends .The also makes as aware of many new AI tools.there are 3 exams in every semester.The exams toughness is moderate which can be taken care by studing 1-2 weeks prior of exam's.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunity starts from 3rd year. All the top companies offers internship in the college like Google, Nvidia, Flipkart etc. Faculties support and guide in making project. The are clubs/society which supports in making project.
Placement Experience
There was a good placement percentage in the college. As per the data given by the college about 89% student in CS department got placed. All the top companies like Google, Microsoft, Zomato etc had offered the packages.The highest package offered is about 84lpa and average was 18lpa for computer Science students. Definitely my plan is to work hard and to get a good package for top company.
Fees and Financial Aid
For 1st year I had paid Rs169000 as the college fees and 41000 as a hostel fees For SC/ST there is no college fees There are many scholarship offered by college which depends on student's family financial condition MMVY is the famous scholarship given by MP government to student on merit basis
Campus Life
Maffic, tooryanad, techno are some of the fest organised in the college. Approx all the necessary books are available in the college library. Interdepartment, inter hostel sports tournament are organised at a regular interval. About all the clubs are run by students. Seniors always support the juniors to join the club.
Hostel Facilities
Bed, Table, Chair, lan port, cupboard, are avilable in the hostel room. The mess is cooperative so the menu is made by students. The is eatable, i will rate mess food 7/10 Registration process is quite easy as all the details are taken from te college itself.
Admission
I had applied for other NIT such as NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal etc. Definitely such a good average package of MANIT attracts me to join the college . Yes I am able to get Computer Science seat in NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal due to there higher cutoff.For joining MANIT one have to give JEE MAIN entrance exam and a good rank to join this college.
Faculty
Approx 1:8 is the teacher to student ratio. The teachers are so supportive and have very friendly behavior. Mini test ,mid sem,end sem and lab(viva) are conducted every semester. The exam are quite easy.Some of the subjects in the first year are irrelevant like eng mechanics, biology, chemistry for computer science students.
