It's an awesome university

The only drawback is that placements for traditional courses like B.sc n B.A are nt that good. Mean to say that they are not good in terms of placements. Apart frm this its the best university with diversity in India

Its not that difficult untill its MBBS coz MBBS course has vry limited seats in 20-30k applicants. Also entrance exams are tuff for new students because they don't get any relaxation in exams. The students who are studying in AMU get Internal Quota(i.e 50% seats are reserved for internal students).

Placements are not that good for traditional courses bt for professional courses placements are better than average. Like for MBA the average package which a student gets is between 30k-40k which is a very ROI.

Very very reasonable n affordable fees. Full fee gets refunded if u apply for various scholarships. N the best is there almost zero fee for Hostle accomodation. For 1st in graduation u would hav to pay approximately 8-10k(including Hostle) for a yr which goes decreasing as u reach ur final yr.

Sultan Jahan Scholarship U.P government Scholarship National Scholarship. Various scholarships are offered to vry poor students. There are some students that are financially so weak that they can't even afford their Mess charges. Alumni take care of such students by bearing all food expenses after the personal interview of student as well as its parent.

All types of sports(including horse riding) for vry nominal or zero fees, international level swimming pool.All types of cultural activities like Dancing, Singing, Art n craft. Then there are various evening clubs for Quizzes,Drama n Debates.

Rs 500 to 1000 other than admission fee. Not more than that coz its a central university and very we have a vry big campus Which still has got lot of vacant space that's why hostles here have very spacious rooms.

Each n evry Alumini of AMU loves this nation n then its University.All d rumours that this university is Anti-government, Anti-nationalist or Anti-Hinduism are wrong. We Hindu n Muslims live together with love, tolerance, peace n harmony.

Faculty is the most qualified among all central universities. All the teacher of my departments hold Phd's from various IIT's and few of the hold Phd's from European n American countries. 2 teachers of mine is Phd's from Australia, 1 lady professor has her Post Doc. from Singapore.
