- Things i liked about my college is the environment it is quite good . The stuff and other members are kind.
- The teachers are very helpful they are always there for us.
- The library is go to go place we can read books and chill there in the ac . The comp lab is air conditioned too
Dislikes
- The classes need to constructed actually and some benches need to be change.
- The bathrooms are not cleaned it should be clean
- The food of the canteen is good but for the students it is quite expensive.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course i chose is regular course . This course helped me alot actually. I am thinking of doing masters. The timing for my exams are enough i get 3 hrs so i can write down the best for the exam sometimes it gets shorter but somehow i try to manage .
Fees and Financial Aid
Hello so my admission was on 2022 and the fee was 5500 after that exam fees and form fill up fees are need to be paid every year exam fee is 890 and form fill up fee is 3800 other than that who are sc st the fee is quite low for them also they heave freewaiver .
Campus Life
Every year we have cultural week in our college and on the last day we have cultural night where all the students enjoy their best . And other than that freshers farewell are held every year. All the books are available in the library we get a library card there we get the access to get a book that we need . In the classrooms there are smartclasses all the technological inputs are there . For the good health of the students sports and extracurricular activities are present we have ncc too . We have many clubs which helps the students to be active in every aspects.
Admission
I chose Handique girls college because it was my childhood dream to get admission in this college and i didn't even tried to get admission in any other college . Because i was sure that if i want to go for graduation i will go to Handique girls college . So the admission procedure is we have to apply online for the admission then the names are shortlisted and the college team give us a specific date and from there we get selected for the particular course. There is no entrance exam it is based on your best of three exam from your previous boards from that the cutoffs are based the actual cutoff for our college is 75% above for the general category and for the reservation 55% above.
Faculty
The faculty members of our college is too good tbh they are helpful yes strict too i like the faculty members of the political department the most . The teachers are quite friendly with the students they explain the things many times if we are in difficulty to understand. There are two exams one is midterm and the other is final examinations . The papers are not that hard if we study hard the marking system is fair enough actually.
