Overall Lakshmi Narain College of technology is a very good college when it comes to placements. You must maintain 75% attendance which many students don't like. Except the mandatory attendance its a good college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is a mixture of theory and practical. Lnct has a good number of labs for practical work. Exam pattern is worst. Rgpv conducts the examination. You will be asked mostly theory based questing and you have to fill number of pages in the answer sheet to get good marks.
Placement Experience
Placements at lnct is very good compared to other colleges in the city. Lots of companies visit in lnct for placement session. The packages given by companies are also high. If you are from computer science branch, you surely will get placed in a good company. Some companies visit to give internship at the stipend of around 15k rs per month.
College Events
1.Lnct has been conducting a technical fest named srishti for many years. Many events occurred in this technical fest. Sports events as well as cultural events takes place. You will get a chance to showcase your talent in dancing, singing etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees are expensive. Its higher than other colleges in bhopal. But with high fees comes a good quality labs and classes. You are allowed to pay fees in two instalments in each semester. For Btech course its around 1lakh per year.
Fees and Financial Aid
The scholarships are provided by MP government as well as Bihar government. If you come from sc/st/obc caste your parents income is low then you can apply for scholarship. Loan is offered by banks you take the education loan.
Campus Life
The lnct has good quality labs equipped with powerful computer with high speed internet access. But many sites are restricted and firewall is implemented for security purpose. You can play cricket, basketball, badminton, football etc.
Alumni/Alumna
Lnct has a website which connects students with alumni. Although it isn't very active. Seniors are good and friendly. No ragging is allowed in the campus. Seniors are helpful and you can seek valuable advices from them.
Faculty
Faculties at lnct are average. Some are good, some are just speaking rather than teaching. They come on time and you are not allowed to bunk the class. They mostly teaches in class giving you notes. You will not get any free time.
