Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is very apt for real life application. Hence it is very relevant and easy to comprehend. Teaching methods are very dry as they are mostly reading out from ppts and there's not much correlation although all faculty is not like that. Exams frequency is adequate. Usually fall at the end or start of the year. Difficulty is due to the vastness of the syllabus.
Internships Opportunities
Stipend is 27000 a month after deducting mandatory 3000 for the mess. The internship is one year long and you will be posted in either mgmh, gmh, ckm, reh, govt chest hospital. These are the five hospitals affiliated with our college. The work is very hectic but you get to learn a lot if you are interested.

It usually happens in September or October Classrooms have projectors where classes and presentations are displayed. There is no blackboard. All labs and dissection halls are well equipped. We had a total of 10 cadavers for a batch of 250 members. Canteen is available There is a student run telegram group where important information is shared regarding anything needed by students including emergency blood, blood donations etc and also guidelines for exams containing students all over the state. Mostly students take their own books tl the library and study. It is decently equipped with various different textbooks and reference books
Admission
The only exam accepted to get into the course is neet ug. You select your order of preference of colleges and they match you based on that order based on your marks. You can only get confirmation from one college unless you're upgraded in the next round if there is a vacancy. I had gotten kamineni lb nagar in my previous round and I chose this because its a government college and there is a lot of clinical exposure to patients. I did not get into any all india quota colleges as I did not have enlugh marks. The councelling happens based on the rank you obtain. The top rankers are matched first and then they move down the ranks so you cannot get inti a college if all the seats are filled up. Theres about 90,000 seats in india and 17 lakh people writing the exam with that number increasing every year so the seats are all filled up within the first two lakhs and the course is very demanding. The admission process is all online so it is rather convinient. You just have to keep checking the dates and deadlines and apply and it'll take a while for you to get your result. Once you have that you will have ti go and submit all the relevant documents physically in the college and there will be a medical test where they evaluate your eyesight and take your urine samples etc etc and check for any medical conditions. And then the admission process is finished after you pay the fees or 15000. You can also opt for the hostel at the same time which is charged saperately. Travelling and getting the admission is a tiring process and it takes an entire day.
Faculty
During theory classes, one teacher attends to all 250 students. In postings there is a teacher for about 7 students. Usually 2 internals are conducted and prefinals theory and practical. They are difficult to prepare for but the faculty is supportive. Finals at the end of each year. Supplementary exams for those who fail. Good chunk of students fail in the finals (20-60) but almost all pass in supplementaries Factlty is usually approachable if you have doubts theh will answer during the class but are mostly unavailable afterwards
