- Accommodation facilities need to improve for other state students, they need to improve their hostels, mess, canteen, and transport system
- Yes it's good , there's many other states students which helps to interact with new culture and peoples,
- Infrastructure is good but not maintained, campus amenities are need to improve,shops, ATM, medical etc
Dislikes
- Canteen food obviously no one can liked , they are so unhygienic
- University don't have their own transport and logistics system, they need to improve their logistics
- Grocery shops are so expensive they sell doubled price for goods
Course Curriculum Overview
No the curriculum is not sufficient for my future aspect, it's just for basic EVs study they need to improve workshops, internship plans etc. No the curriculum is not prepares for real-world applications at all . Workshops, handling of equipments , intership plans need to be improve. Every 2 month exams are held, exam are not so difficult, we can score good marks after studying 1-2 hr daily.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly I paid 8000 approx. Examination fees is 300 for each semester For SC,ST yearly fees is 5000 and exam fees is 200 State wise scholarship is provided for example I'm from Chhattisgarh so Chhattisgarh state provide me scholarship.
Campus Life
All Indian religious festivals are celebrated in our university like holi , deewali, ornam, Durga puja, Ganesh puja etc. are celebrated. Library is sufficient for study materials. Each department have one smart classroom. There's sports complex which have football ground, badminton court, table tennis ,chess, gym and swimming pool Students run some political clubs but they're not for student welfare.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel room allot for 4-5 students in 1 room . Hostel fees is 3000 per year. Meal is low quality potato, daal, rice, seasonal vegetables are menu not special Hostel seats is very low many students not take admission due to accommodation problem. Bijauri, rajmendragram, pendra,gaurela are the location for rented rooms but they are so expensive
Admission
I applied for Guru ghasidas university, and igntu I got confirmed admission from GGU but at last moment they said that I'm not eligible for that subject due to forestry. Yes I rejected from GGU , because of my graduation background they only allow agriculture, forestry,EVs students for forestry and environmental science subject. For admission you should give CUET Ug/pg exam Score 50-60% then apply for your desirable university, Then university out list of merit bases of your score, Then physically do document verification , pay fees and do further application and forms formalities and get admission
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio is 1: 5 , facilities are good but not interactive, but they help whenever students ask doubts or student face any problem they try to resolve. I like Dr. M.k.Rai sir who teach us biotechnology, he is working so hard to teach their students, and also Dr. S.kausik sir is also helpful and guiding us for better future. There's is no faculty who I don't like. All are respected professors. There is 2 internal in every semester and 1 end semester examination. And practical exam as well.
