As I am from mechanical and Automation branch, I would say that the faculty and teaching is so good that I, who hated mechanical first, now developed interest in this field and curiosity that how the cars are made, how bikes are made. Isn't it interesting

Internships and placements are the attention seeker of this college. Although, campus is small, infrastructure is not so good, but yeah, placements and internships are best. You get internships offer from 2nd year , you just need to be best at whatever you are doing and upskill/update yourself to grab a wonderful internship opportunity.

Placements are so good, even better than most of the nits out there. In the year 2024, the highest package was 1Cr and the average was 25Lpa. Students become eligible for campus placements from 3rd semester onwards based on their skills and cgpa. Almost, every student is placed on campus and if some are not getting campus placements, they must be going for higher studies or failed any semester or doesn't have much skills or doesn't fulfill chla requirements. You just need to upskill yourself and keep yourself updated, placement is yours.

Year wise tuition fees : Rs.145000 rupees-1st year Rs. 155500 rupees-2nd year Rs. 165000 rupees-3rd year Rs. 175500 rupees-4th year Fees of college is very appropriate according to me as compared to other engineering colleges and with respect to that fees I am satisfied with the infrastructure, faculty and everything out there. Placements are a attention seeking factor of this college. It is best for girls. It gives you a very good environment and gives you opportunities to explore yourself. Also, you will meet wonderful seniors here. The fees for hostellers is 5-7 lakhs which may increase every year. The food of mess is healthy and also delicious. The sc/St students have fee waivers available for them. Colleges provides so many scholarships for its students, for ex-Pragati Scholarship.

As I am only a first year student, I don't know much but as far as I know, you should never care about campus or infrastructure of college, one should always focus on placements. Campus Life becomes enjoyable with good friends not the size of campus.

I also applied in ggsipu and also I got admission there but at the same time I also got admission in igdtuw. In ggsipu, I was getting CSE whereas in igdtuw I got mechanical. But the fact that mechanical of igdtuw has better placements than that of CSE/it of ggsipu got me to chose igdtuw mechanical over ggsipu CSE .

Faculty of this college is very appropriate and friendly. There are so many courses available like: Btech-(CSE,it,ece, mechanical) BBA Mtech Mba Mca So, for exams we firstly have 30 marks mid sem whose marks are converted to that out of 15 and are added in finals or end sem which is for 60 marks and we have 25 marks practical.
