Course Curriculum Overview

5

As it is MBBS we have to learn everything possible. So it is not easy but it is always worth it in the end no matter how much studies you have to carry out you can pull it off in the end. The curriculum is vast but everything is worth putting doctor in front of your name.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is the tuition fees. Except it there are other expenses too. As it is a govt. college the fees is less but the value of degree is more. People do get scholarships based on different criterias too.

Campus Life

5

So my college is very famous for co curricular activities especially sports. There are so many fun clubs students can join and work on after classes to enhance their skills. Also there are all the sports and teams and students are encouraged to play and they are nicely coached too. There is also help groups for students to try to overcome any issue or anxiety and our professors are active members and counsellors of those groups.

Admission

I didn't apply to othet colleges i had a choice betwern this college and a college in chattisgarh. But kerala being a great state for studies, was a major fact. I didn't get rejection. For the mbbs course you have to get cutoff scores in neet exam and this is one of the top colleges in kerala so you have to get marks between 600-650

Faculty

Faculty to student ratio is quite good. All the students are manageable by the staff and they are all pretty friendly towards us. The exams happen quite frequently. Like when a portion is completed exams are taken

Even though a bit tight and rushy, this is in fact the best curriculum provided and followed by all medical colleges in kerala. The frequency of exam is high and difficulty level is as same as that of KUHS. This provides relevant experience for the students to weite the university exams

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's always relevant to the content being taught by the teachers. They always use application based questions to prepare us for a real life situation as well. First aid training was also completed. Some of the teachers are very interactive while some not. Short exams are conducted on a weekly basis while internal exams are conducted every 2/3 months. Not that difficult but it isn't that easy either. Very strict checking, nothing is liberal.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is a pretty hard one i must say but the feeling of putting on a white coat and looking after patients is surreal and that's the main essence of the job. The curriculum is very vast but each subject is important in its own way. The exams are all conducted in such a way that there's enough time for us to prepare .
