Dislikes
- The college is in south and faculties are from south you may face language barrier.
- The location of the college . If you choose PG you’ll have to walk on slope for at least 1 km .
- Unlike other colleges it has some rules on dress code.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose AIML because it's a developing field and I believe that if used correctly it can create a lot of opportunities in the future as of now what I've understood about my field is that it's very vast. If you're opting for this course you have to do a lot of hardwork and take in depth knowledge of how to design self learning algorithms which train themselves from previously given data
Placement Experience
The placements scenario in sjbit depends completely on your skill set companies which come to the college doesn't care about your academic performance they just have a basic criteria of eligibility for their interview and if you're eligible you can sit in the interviews rest all depends on how good your skill set is how good you have learned your field
Fees and Financial Aid
The annual fees of my college is 276331 which includes tution fees infrastructure fees(256000 something)and miscellaneous fees(20000 something) I don't remember the exact figures but this mentioned fee structure was of 2023 in 2024 the fees has been increased by 20-30k
Campus Life
The campus life here is good with interactive people and different clubs not only technical but cultural and sports club. The college infrastructure is also nice with access to the libraries labs and technical support the only problem you'll face here is a language barrier if you come from north
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities is absolutely garbage to be very honest the food facilities the hygiene in the hostel all is a great mess. If you're opting for this college and you're from north side of the country then please go for nearby pg's
Admission
I didn't specifically chose this college i was doing the counselling of comedk and expected other better colleges that sjbit but in round 3 i got allotted to sjbit and then i asked my friends who were living in Bangalore so they told me that it's a decent college so i took the decision of taking up this college
Faculty
There are different faculties for all subjects and the facilities are approachable you can take your doubts to them except for some faculties. The teachers who i liked in my college was Geethanjali mam and girja mam
