Jaypee review from a first year

Well I am in my first year but as per the interaction with my seniors, well known companies like meta , Microsoft, Cisco , amazon etc selects the candidates for both placements as well as internships . There are many companies which offers internships with very good stipend . Average of JIIT is 11 lakh, which is relatively higher than most of the private collages in Delhi NCR region. There are less intakes of students in campus which Leeds to proper attention on every student in class

For the first sem it is 2.15 lakh including registration fees and the it starts from 1.3 lakh from 2nd semester. I would say it worth the money because of the academic of this collage as this has 3 exams for each sem .

Well ther are number of clubs in our college. And every club is doing great in their domains . They conduct regular workshops which allows us to explore other domains like web dev , Android dev , competition programing, chip manufacturing, etc.. All the seniors are very supportive and clears every doubt relative to academic and general problems. Campus is small but best at the same time filled with Top notch service, hygiene and cleanliness. The mess food is really amazing yet not like home but better than other collages . Classroom have ACs with comfortable benches and chairs . We have 2 open badminton court, one basketball court, 2 volleyball court , 2 squash courts , Swimming pools separate for boys and girls and a open amphitheatre. We have 2 caffes and a mess . Being a hosteller is a good decision

Hostel fees are really high but it get justified. Every day cleaning of rooms with brooms , regular cleaning of washrooms , spacious rooms , ACs , gyms , pools table tenis, etc . The infrastructure is Little bit old but it won't give a problem . Also hostel starts from 8th floor giving u a great view of surroundings. And the mess food is top notch , not like home but better than others . (Veg only mess )

My primarily reason for selecting this collage is because of quality of students. There is a decent coding culture and also the students from cse branch are top ranker which really helped me a lot . After coming here it got justified why the coding culture is good . It is because of the faculty and level of examination papers. It requires good level of practical to even score 50% in the SDF(Software Development) paper as the question are from leetcode medium and also due to time constraints. Talking about other subjects their level of questions ranges from easy to medium. I got a seat in AKGEC in IT department but come on, one who gives ece at that rank and one gives IT which one is better . That's why I came here . Well JIIT conducts its own councelling offline, beings a disadvantage for ones who are outside Delhi but the process is smooth . Upgradation continues till end September. This collage is amongst those rare collages which takes admission on basis of both jee and boards . Till my knowledge, students coming from jee have higher no.

The cse faculty, as per my experience is very good . All are from very renowned institution and very supportive (except some). I would say the same for ECE faculties as ther seems very experienced and also knowledgeable. Here we have 3 exams in one sem which Leeds to a slightly hectic schedule giving less time for personal development but it depends person to person . Level of questions in Cs paper ranges from medium to hard . Recently we had leetcode medium questions in our papers and that too we have do it in just one hour . Well we have relative marking which is a plus point.
