Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was very perfect.. They are designed in better way for the students understanding and the time given for the whole curriculum was good.. They have covered all the syllabus in the given time without any pressure on us or them

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 1000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I have paid joining fees upto 2000/- rs.. That's it.. No other fees.. And while semester I have paid exam fees like upto 1500/- And for opting the hostel.. I have paid 6000/- as mess bill in 1sthyear and 6500/- in second year.. That's it

Campus Life

Osmania university in very spacious,cool and calm..we have lot of infrastructure which we can use..we have auditorium , Amphitheatre,canteens and swimming pools in hostels also.. We will have many events

Admission

I have choose this college because it is government college and it is one of the prestigious university in Hyderabad..I don't have to pay any college fee here..and we will get free hostel also.. So comparing to other colleges I have choosen this college

Faculty

Faculty are good..they provide book material..and notes for all the subjects in semester.. They also solve our doubts and teach very clearly.. They give us perfect guidence for the tomorrows.. They are very good

Course Curriculum Overview:

The geology has very significant importance to human in more ways but the Geology related jobs are very less in state government and central government. Few geology related companies are give opportunities to students wit. Internships and also provide jobs with tough exam and interview. The companies are Geological Survey of India and NGRI etc.. we expect that jobs in state government jobs but very less in state government in geology related jobs.

It is an amazing course. Helps me understand the concept very deeply the curriculum is also really good. Every teacher has their own way of teaching some can improve but it is fine we can try to study and understand by ourselves a bit. When it comes to internals its of 20 marks we have as such three of them for one sem and avg of 10 is taken from it internals are of 1hr and externals will be about 2hrs 30mins and labs of 3hrs

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of the biotechnology course includes all the relevant topics needed to gain information about the subject. The curriculum also includes currently developing topics of interest which may gain popularity in the future (like bioinformatics). It thoroughly prepares us for real world applications as we gain exposure to various fields of interest in the subject and get a hands-on training in the subject. Ab area i would like to suggest for improvement is to alot equal no. Of periods to different papers in the subject as each topic has its own value in the academic and career purpose. The internals are conducted every month within a duration of 1 hour for each paper. there are currently 4 internals for our batch, each of 10 marks. The externals or the end semester exams are conducted at the end of the semester approx 6 months, which are of 50 marks. 10 marks is alloted for attendance, bringing the total to 1000.

The 2nd semester students are eligible for the placements and Infosys and many other companies hired our college for the jobs and offers were also good as 3lakhs to 4 lakhs per annually Nearly 70%of the students got placement I am very happy by getting seat in this university as I also will get and job in any of the placement cell
