- The food of the mess of DIT University is very bad in taste and do not have much variety

- Our University hostel do not have a proper general Store. We have a small genernal Store which opens from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m as a hostel student I think we have a separate general store which should available 24/7
Course Curriculum Overview
As I am a commerce background student the only way I can come to an engineering or software based department is by pursuming BCA as my UG through BCA I can be able to work as a software or hardware engineer. In DIT university time to time day conduct webinar so that students of the university should well informed about the skills and things which are in demand in this field. I think the teaching method of some subjects should need to be improve because there so old method. In the exams we got two and a half hour to write are exam.
Fees and Financial Aid
In DIT university we have to pay the fees two times a year and scholarships are available in our university on the basis of JEE mains marks ,12th percentage and if you are a citizen of Uttarakhand you will also get scholarship. I have paid 122000 for my course fees in 2024 from my first year BCA my registration fees was 10000 rupees and there is no other lab tuition fees it's all included in course fees one of my friend who is in b.tech his 1 year fees around 195000 after getting scholarship on the basis of his JEE mains marks. Students can get scholarship up to 50% in DIT university. I personally gardens scholarship of 18% as I am a citizen of Uttarakhand.
Campus Life
As I said the infrastructure of DIT is very good and very modern. Our professors use latest technology to teach us the best way possible. Our university host the best cultural and sport fest in Dehradun which is youthopiya it is a biggest cultural fest of Dehradun and how are University who is the biggest sports fest in which all the other universities and schools of Dehradun complete with each other. We have many different clubs for different things.
Admission
As I am pursuing BCA from DIT University. Dit university provide better option in Dehradun as compared to other colleges the reason I chosen did University is because it provide me better academic experience and knowledge secondary reason was the infrastructure of DIT University third the opportunity which this university provide to students all these things which this university provide are not available in other universities that's why I chosen DIT.
Faculty
Difficulty of DIT university is very good they help us a lot the exam structure of DIT University is like first we have a 20 marks quiz then we have our mid sem after that we got some assignment and after sometime we again have a quiz if in case we are not able to perform well in first quiz we can perform well in this after that we have our end term exams then we have a 15 days of holiday after that our seconds semester start and the same curriculum is followed in second sem too. In my case there is no faculty which I don't like. And talking about the level of exam in DIT university it is very good and competitive
