Remarks

Positive remarks about the college are that it provides education at really affordable cost and education system is quite good. College devotes sufficient amount of their time to answer students grievances.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is good, one who wants to pursue a great career in commerce like managements, accountant will need such basic course.To pursue higher management courses it's mandatory. Course is for three years and exam being conducted annually.

Placement Experience

It doesn't provide internship but yes we can apply for job through job fairs. The placement are not conducted via our college but yes we can apply through interviews from the reputed job portals which will push our career ahead.

College Events

Farewell is being conducted by seniors and juniors as well. Well many competitions take place like fresher parties, quizes, and cultural and dance programme take place at regular interval of time. It's a good exposure.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is feasible . It is not much as compared to other private colleges ,and one can manage his/her studies easily . Fees is least compared to other colleges.Student don't face any problems regarding this issue.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't know about scholarship or Loan facility offered by my college provides but yes according to me such least fees can be easily afforded and students does not face any problems regarding it. Overall good education.

Campus Life

Labs are very good, sports activities are being conducted at regular interval of time and sports equipment are good. Many sports are introduced and students can easily relieve their stress through it.

Hostel Facilities

I have not opted for hostel but yes the hostel it provides that I have witnessed from friend is good. All facilities are provided to students and proper care is taken about their health. Good food, proper ventilation.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Alumini network are good and one can connect with them socially . Senior students are very helpful and ragging is not there. Very helpful students and help a lot juniors in making college notes and relieve their work.

Faculty is very well experienced and help alot. They are capable of answering and reaching queries related to their subjects and they help a lot to enable students very much. They are very cooperative .

The review from heart

Placement Experience:

The college provides a great scope for campus placement this was one of the main reason I took admission here.Form the second last semester the students become eligible to sit for the placement exams.The college have ties with many big companies and MNCS which provides the opportunity for campus placement. The written exam is conducted in the college campus only and the selected students are called for the interview. The main companies that visit Graphic Era Hill University are - 1:TCS 2: Infosys 3: Adobe 4: Google 5: Microsoft The highest package of the college in previous batch was 50 lakhs per annum and the average package was 6 lakhs per annum.Tough the college does not guarantee 100 percent placement but most of the students get campus placement the percentage would be around 80% . My plans after completing my degree is to get a job as a financial assistant and gain some experience and then pursue MBA .

Designing dreams in graphic Era

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities for b.com honours are decent,only few students get placed, Around 40 to 50% of students in last batch got placed. The average package offered ranges between 2 to 3 lpa while some students with better skills secured a better package. Companies like TCS,Deloitte,Infosys is very active in campus placement but you should not be concerned about placements if you are doing BCom focus on your skills and you will secure a good package or focus on masters then after you can expect a good package

campus placements are limited . tudents usually become eligible from 5th to 6th semester, but very few big companies visit for core commerce roles. some students get placed in smal firms with decent starting salaries.

Because my brother told me to do this course. Faculty is there and everything is there as per their knowledge. Student Ration 54:6. Qualification is higher and she has done a Ph.D. Teaching teachers are mind-blowing. Term exams are accurate and on time. what is difficult, if you study, it will not be difficult.

Remarks:

Positive remarks is good fees structure and provide scholarship for poor students and the negative remark is the building of that college is very old and messy. It should be renovated. And providing a good canteen also.

Oerfect college

I didn't apply to another college I just want to be a part of DAV College because of the structure as a middle class family was good second and thought about MKP but the environment was to unhealthy as compared to DAV. I didn't get any rejection from any colleges because I get good marks in 12th but I want to be a part of DAV so so I choose DAV. The admission admission process was simple but you first you have to clear cut exam and 12th exam board with good marks now you have to go to the campus main office so you can get the exam form and online you can also apply there will be some cut off and if you are general you have to be get good marks because SC ST OBC will get reservation also...Read More
