Course Curriculum Overview
I choose to study electronic and communication engineering because of the relevance of the subjects, the concepts are very useful in every fields, i was very much inspired by the lab works that are done here and i understood each and every concept and applications mainly the basic electronic lab experiments and the exams very much competitive compared to others but i was able to compete with given time and overcome the challenges
Internships Opportunities
The companies that comes to our college are TCS, TVS, amazon, flipcart, HCL, honda, zoho, etc. They are mostly looking for full stack developers, automobile engineers and students with more skills and inovative projects all our projects were very innovative which will contribute our development in growth of india and helps other countries
Placement Experience
All the students are eligible for placements after 5th semester and many companies visited my college like amazon, hcl, TCS, inforces, etc and there were more than 50 offers and the highest package was 350000 for full stack developers and the percentange of students were 95% and i wanted to become a graphic designer after completing my degree
Fees and Financial Aid
I will be paying 195000 tution fees with hostel fees of 134000, mess fess 56200 for management. The fees of my bactchmates are only 80000, since they wrote enterance exams. They provide VIT sports scholarships, merit-cum-means scholarships, toppers of state and central boards, etc.
Campus Life
There is national level symposiums conducted and every department students are allowed to participate and show their talents and there are various types of books are available in our library from all field and Development, all the classrooms are provided with a smart boards and and projector to take seminars and classes easily and each departments have a separate club and any department students can join the clubs and events conducted by them and there are almost every sports available in our campus
Admission
I wanted to study engineering so i applied for other colleges like srm, loyola, sai ram, ect. I got admission in srm but compared to vit the campus was very small in chennai and i didn't get other colleges because of my low marks and in vit i cleared my enterance and the cutoff eligibility was more than 90% and i got through all difficulty and got admission in vit
Faculty
Some of the faculties are very friendly with students and other faculties and some faculties are strict. They will clear all our doubts and make us understand the concepts. My favorite mam was lakshmi she is very good staff and the exams will be difficult to test the students knowledge and mostly half of the class will pass the exams
