- The infrastructure of the campus is amazing. Girls to boys ratio is approximately 50:60 respectively.
- Library is designed very well to do your studies peacefully in your free time, faculty is also supportive.
- University's sports auditorium is very large and has 4 badminton courts. It has 3 big grounds called alpha beta and omega zones for playing various games.
Dislikes
- The workload in certain subjects can be overwhelming, leading to stress and burnouts.
- In college students think they will wear good clothes and will remain stylish but here you will have to wear uniform all day.
- Social interaction with the students is quiet less here
Course Curriculum Overview
As the IT sector is growing programing skills are must so to lear programming i chose this course curriculum is very well prepared. i think in total their should be three exams in a semester which reduces stress from students rather than taking 4 exams per semester. exams are held in every 15v days as their are 4 subjects
Internships Opportunities
many companies visit at chitkara for internship programs which makes students industry ready, the basis on which companies hire interns are only the projects made by students which lets the company to believe that the student is good for them
Placement Experience
From the 6th semester students are eligible to campus placements. Wipro, TCS, Infosys and many more companies vists and maximum offer goes upto 50lpa and avergae is near about 3lpa to 6lpa. 80-85% students gets placed
Fees and Financial Aid
This college takes half yearly tution fees which is 1,20,000/- so the yearly tution fees is 2,40,000/- . Before depositing this fees a regiteration fees is alsp submiteed on their website which is of 1100/-, rest everything is included in the tution fees.This fees is for computer Science and Engg. Campus Life
my overall experience at the university is very good, library is very easily accessible and they have a wide range of books the classrooms are fully air connditioned and are equipped with smart classes teachers use projectors to make understanding better
Admission
Admission process here is very simple, the eligibility is that you need to have 65% and above aggregate in 10+2 and the entrance exam JEE main s com puksory to be given, no rank is required in JEE just exam Certification is needed
Faculty
Faculty to student relation is good, all the faculties are phd's and have imense knowledge of their course no comparison can be made in faculties, some teachers are rude but yes they are the best in teaching in one semester of 6 months their are 4 total exams ST1, ST2, ST3 and the end term exams, they are difiicult no doubt but not that difficult that students would fail.
