Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus is not really tough . As Far as I know there were only 3-4 units from each subject in each semester So it doesn't put any burdens on students to prepare for the semester exams. There were 2 internals held in every semester of 30 marks each

Placement Experience

There is no placement cell at my time. In the 5th semester companies started visiting at college but They are only proving paid interships. FIMT doesn't provide any internship Students have to do internships by their own.

College Events

There were several small events inside the college on all Festive seasons such as Diwali , Holi etc Various kinds of events were organised sucha as singing, dancing, rangoli making etc and at the end of the day winners were announced by College Director

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure in varies as per the guideline of GGSIPU At my time the fees is Approx 50 thousand which includes university fee as well as College fee So the three years fee for Bachelor of business Administration BBA includes investment of 2 lakhs

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't have any knowledge of loan facility provides by college as I have never required that. Scholarship is provided by director for the eligilbe students as per the merit based on academic merits of students

Campus Life

Well I always said To my Colleagues that "Those were the Days" .There is University cultural fest Named " Anugoonj" every year in mid February Cultural events like Music , Dance , Dramatic , Art , Rock Band and full days actitivies are there

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students are very helpful in many ways. They helped me at the time of internals by providing study material like Case Study , Assignments , projects and other study material required at the time of Examination

Faculty

The faculty of my college is very helpful towards all the students. There are personality development sessions as well in which students are allowed to discuss about there college life Goals and personal Life

Good Exposure in Event Management Field

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

Placement Experience:

The placement in my college for my course BBA pretty good. The college is also Offers internship opportunities. We can expect an average package of around 3 to 4 lakhs per annum for BBA. The students become eligible for campus placements from fourth semester onward. Some of the companies that have visited our colleges include KPMG Deloitte. The education tree, the highest package that someone got from our college was of around 60 lakhs and the profile offered to him was in finance. The percentage of students getting placements are around 8290%. My plans after getting this degree includes to do a post graduation in the fields of business only and then get

Placement Experience:

Well the placement of this campus are not as good as the other colleges well most of the student opt of further education while the one who don't go for post graduation would get an estimate of 300000 per annum well my plans after graduation is to do post graduation which is MBA.

Placement Experience:

There is a placement cell in my college. There are students who call companies to come for the placements. I there are teachers too in the placement cell. But the placement record is not good. In previous years the highest placement hit was 22 lakh in my course . But the ratio of students getting placements is very few.

mostly 3rd year students sits for placements , offers are given yet they are low from market and not vast in numbers too , i dont remember any major company that joined the placement drive its mostly local startups and companies and they dont support us doing interships so its really hard in bms to get placements as it just not possible

Aspects of the GGSIP University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Delhi college with admission through illegal means (chaotic)

I Gave CUET, CLAT, and aimed for DU colleges but couldn't get past it. Admissions were already done in the IPU but spot rounds got me cleared for the college. I gave jee mains and cuet.. so by cuet I got admission in du in a b.sc course but I also filled the ipu form...then because of my uncle said b.tech is much better than b.sc but I didn't get seat in any of ipu because of my rank..my rank was around 7 lakh I go for offline counselling of ggsipu in that I got selected in FIMT for b.tech CSE ...
