What Students Say

Likes

The classes were so well maintained , full support to meritorious and below average level students. Provided notes also.
I have interaction with college teachers , colleagues and social interactions a lot.
The faculty is much experienced and knowledgeable. They provide their best to students.

Dislikes

They had exams at the end only. I wish they could take tests or provide some important questions.
They didn't let us sit to study after classes are over.
Canteen was just for boys not for girls.

Course Curriculum Overview

I had interest in commerce line so it made me more interested in this course i.e Bcom. The exams level was easy to moderate , I have passed it easily. The overall curriculum and teaching method is best of my college.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 20000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fees of my maharaja Ganga Singh University college was 20,000/- including all the compulsory charges. The library charges in first year was 2000 which they refunded 1000 at the end of third year , this was for security of books. First year I have got 50% discount in my fees as I got 90% above in 12th so my fees chargeable was 10,000 only. Same for the other meritorious students.

Campus Life

The annual festivals were conducted every year very effectively. The books security fee was 2000 which we have got refund of 1000 at the end of final year . Sports were many offered in our college but as a girl I didn't had interest in sports .

Admission

In our city our college is the most preferred college by everyone here. So I also chose this college and got to know that my decision was correct that I got admission here. No I have got calls infact from other colleges (from Delhi University) as I was a meritorious student in class 12.

Faculty

Exam structure was not much good as we had exams on yearly basis and they take pre- university exams month before university exams. Regular tests should be a good option. My favourite faculty was of ABST department , specially Dr. Varun Maheshwari sir was too supportive. The exams were easy to pass for me.

Placement Experience:

the placement opportunity in biyani girls college is average . student generally eligible for the campus placement in the final year of their course . an average package offered is arround 2- 2.1 LPA while the highest package offered is arround 2.5 -3 LPA 60%-80% student getting placements after completing my degree , i plan to focus on preparation of comparatively exams and build skill.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of bcom course, in which i am enrolled is not much relevant, I have learnt literally the basic of accountancy in my 1sem, something that was taught to me in class 11 itself. And yes, The curriculum does not prepare us for real world problems or projects. Curriculum is very old and irrelevant that a student can't even find a job i market after graduating from our college. Exams are held on irregular timing every year, many times they get postponed for no reason. The difficulty level of exam is not much, Exams are easy to pass. You just have to fill the copies, rest work will ne done by the examiner, whether the answer is genuine or not ????

Course Curriculum Overview:

i choose b.com because curriculum was relevent to my aspect, the curriculum is preparing me for my future studies is good but it is quite outdated in terms of todays world, so i would suggest 1 improvement to it, add new chapters and remove old boring chapters from curriculum. there and 6 to 8 months of gap between each semesters and they are quite tricky.
