- College focus on the over all development and internships so that the student can easily fit into a interview while placements.
- Collage has cultural fests and festivals are celebrated within the college and there is a academic off for 2-3 days.
Dislikes
- College has a uniform for all the courses which is again like a school
- Personality development sessions are of no use as the Personality development staff tells about the interview facing and its been said to learn the interview patern which is not possible.
- College bus has no AC facilities and the charge for the bus is too much (₹30000) per year.
Course Curriculum Overview
I believe choosing bachelors of business administration was a really good thing for me. Because I learnt how to manage an organisation and it has helped me In putting my theoretical knowledge and applying it to the practical life I would go on improving the course a little bit more. Then they should improves the personality development program and help the students to actually improve their personality Because till the moment the personality development program was only for interview facing
Internships Opportunities
So there are multiple internship opportunities which are coming into our college.So when I was a student there, I faced an interview for Tommy Hilfiger and Kelvin Klein as a showroom executive and later on this, internship was converted to a full time job, There are many other company, like BYJU'S Infosys, which come to the college campus for picking up students for their internship or job placement office where in the placement ratio of the college is nearly about 10%, the 90% of the students, which are not capable enough to face an interview are left behind without any job.
Fees and Financial Aid
Collage is great in terms of architecture but as my personal experience this college is more like a school and the atmosphere is disturbed due to that I personally belive that the college should be a place where an individual gets exposure to his/her life. In terms of placements the college is avg.
Campus Life
So in allenhouse the Campus Life is not the same as the Campus Life of other colleges because the campus gate is closed. After the college timings and once the college is over, then only the gate is opened. So no one can exit the gate or . No one can enter the gate until the college is Secondly the college function is for everyone There is no committee or elections held in the college for security purpose. There's just a photography club And the leaders of the club bar decided by the faculty of the campus.
Admission
So I Was looking college in my city. Because I was not allowed to go outside my city and study. So in my city there were basically 2 colleges which were offering these courses, which was Axis and Allen house. I chose Allen house because they were giving the same course and the credibility of the colleges were also the same. Wherein island house was a bit near from the centre of the city and it was near to my place as well. Secondly, allenhouse facility are very cooperative in comparison to Axis college facility. And I also believe that Axis college do not take care of the students this much as Allenhouse
Faculty
The exam part consists of 6 semesters where in each semester is completed in 5 to 6 months. In every semester there are supposed to be 2 class test also known as CT. Before the second semester exams, there are a pre sem exams which are conducted after both the CTs. Last test are considered to be easy. In comparison to the semester exams, semester exams are Conducted where in odd semester are multiple choice and even are written exams.
