Gla's review

A good place to make a carrier better because if you want to achieve with dedication you have the mindblowing opportunity to admit to gla university. It provides everything if you are an extremely talented person.

The course curriculum is quite vast here because it is a university that provides a lot of courses which include BBA, BCA, BTech, pharmacy, diploma, MBA, etc. My personal experience is that whatever field you choose as your stream carrier it should be decided by you and have some aim towards goal in order to achieve something. I am a BTech student so I can describe the BTech exam pattern is as follows: First of all, there are three exams in each semester of each subject which include the first term contains 20 marks paper, the second term again 20 marks and final end term has 40 marks paper and 20 marks are internal assessments.

Placement is very good here almost all the students have a job from here and they have a nice job. This year many companies visited our campus like MICROSOFT, TCS, WIPRO, CAPGEMINI, TORRY HARRIS,INFOGAIN, L.G., DISH TV, COGNIZANT, CANTATA, WEBKUL and make more. This year one boy was selected in AMAZON with a 26lpa package and 9 students were selected in Microsoft and 184 in Wipro,100 in Capgemini, and 50plus in TCS.

There are many cultural and festive events are held on our campus some of these are as follows: Spandan- cultural events where the degree is given to students by the chief guest. Maitree- sports events where many colleges participants take part in different sports and winners are awarded. Agaz- all types of hobbies is held like sports dance, etc Dandiya nights- held during Navratri Quizzes- to make students bright and identify them. Coding challenge- challenges between coders to get prize money and medals. A-4 a logo- For the development of the good project and many more.

The fee structure is not much expensive but yea it's around 1.5 lakhs per year academic fees and about 45,000 fees of hostel and 25000 mess fees so overall around 2.20 lakhs per annum are the fees for bachelor of technology.

Yes of course you can get a scholarship of 33000 if you are above 90% in class 12 and if you score more than 8 CPI in your semester exams so you will get a 33000 per year scholarship and there is one more scholarship added based on your jee mains result but I am not sure because this year new scheme started so I am not aware much about that.

Apart from studies, there are a lot of things you can do here as extracurricular activities like various sports like cricket, basketball, volleyball, badminton, chess, table tennis, etc. And labs are also quite nice and big so that students can explore themselves practically as well.

Since overall hostel fees are 70000 which includes food also and the quality of food is very nice with proper hygienic in nature. the overall infrastructure of campus life is awesome. You have medical facilities available 24x7 for any emergency you can contact to the doctor and take medicines.

No, since I don't know many seniors so I just wanted to say that there is some subject which is of no use in BTech so they should be removed for e.g ethics and values and environment studies I don't this subject has any relationship with technology.

Some Faculty over here are quite experienced and have a lot of technical knowledge regarding the respective subjects. They try to give their best to make a student understand to its fullest. Here faculty also provides a lot of doubt classes and extra classes for dull students in order to make them a shining star of the sky and they give a lot of effort in teaching students continuously for a long time they are hard workers and dedicated towards teaching.
