Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is more or less similar with the Anna university.The course curriculum varies with the regulation.As we have 2019A regulation,Marks are based on 60 + 40 (external + internal).As our college is autonomous,The exam date is vary with the anna university and the Controller of examination ( coe ) in our college is responsible for Semester exams and results.
Internships Opportunities
The internships are given from the college via DOTE and also from other companies. There is Mini project and main project in academic itself. Apart from this, THIRAN is a platform to show your talent. Alumni support is excellent in college.Many process are carried out by the support of alumni.
Placement Experience
There is separate department for placements.This placement department take over the entire placement activities. During 7th semester,students can eligible for placement in our college. But Placement training is given from 2nd Year. Both core and IT companies are come to conduct the drive in our college. Based on your cgpa and all other criteria,you can eligible to attend the respective companies drive.

Campus Life
The campus aatmosphere is awesome. There is many clubs associate with colleges and you can involve in as a member and enhance your skills. Pongal festival is one of the phenomenol celebration in our college. The required books are available in Library and all other facilities are available. The wifi facilities are available in college campus. In sports, every game is given an equal important and that would encourage you. Apart from academics,there is club event in evening and it is not compulsory.But it is very interested,based on your involvement.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are very Old building but it is very strong. these hostels are affordable at that cost. The final year hostel is in new building. 4 to 5 members per room. Registration process are happen at the time of admission. The hostel fees is 6000 something per year and there is mess fees per month.it is around less than 2000 per month.
Admission
I prefer for government college, so I picked up this college.In counselling,I had 185 cutoff and i got seat in mechanical engineering in this college.The admission process is very simple and during admission in college,hostel admission also takes place.I put this college as first in choice filling during counselling.
Faculty
The faculty members are well educated.We can learn Many things from them. I have no negative comments on faculty's teaching. Many of the faculties take thier own interest and taught everything clearly and well defined.But From few of the faculties, we want to ask doubts to enhance our knowledge.
