The real truth of CMRIT Hyderabad

They are providing placement and internship opportunities which is good here. But placements are not very good too. No preparation before exams, you have to do everything on your own. The college will be in construction all the time. Dust everywhere.The faculty behaves very rudely. The question paper is average. Sometimes different and sometimes easy but it depends on the correction of the faculty. Semester fee is 2000 which is just too much and you have supply for mids also. Condonation fee is 3000.

Many companies come for the internship but guys don't blindly pick up this college. They show that big companies like Infosys, Deloitte, TATA etc will come to the placements but it's not always true. Even if they come the chances are only 1 or 2 persons get selected. The start up companies come here for placements mostly. Don't trust everything you see and the information they provided.

They are providing placement opportunities but the placements are not that good considering the previous year package, minimum was 1.2 LPA and max was 24 LPA. The companies the students were placed in 2024 are Amazon, paypal, Siemens, astreya, UI path, VERITAS PRIME, PROGRESS SOFTWARE, HWI, PLANON, OC TANNER, PALTECH, SUTHERLAND GLOBAL, TECH MAHINDRA, ACCENTURE etc

The campus is good, neat and the best environment to study which they won't allow us to do. The auditorium is very big just like a movie theatre, which the only attractive spot the whole cmr group of institutions. The canteen is also good and the clubs of cmrit is good but the seniors should stop showing proudness. No fests in this campus. The fests only happen around January or April. 3 or 4 fests that's it. Every book that's related to studies is available in the library and you can access them anytime you want.

I choose this college because it has greenery everywhere and it provides the better atmosphere to study whenever you want some time for yourself. But, little did I know that they won't even allow us outside the class too. I thought the faculty will also be good as CMRIT is the top campus among all the 5 institutions of cmr but I came to know that it's worst and every cmr institution is worst. Different rules and regulations for different campuses which I found very odd. The college timings are also different for all the 5 campuses. The other campuses can leave anytime after 3 but Cmrit students can only leave at 4:05.

1.The faculty don't even know what they're teaching. They write everything in some random book and explain us which they check everytime they're teaching us something. 2. The faculty will only accept the book knowledge. Whatever is written in their book is only true and whatever Google, chatgpt and from the knowledge we have is incorrect and is not acceptable. 3. The corrections are the worse. You have to write the answer exactly as written in the book otherwise you'll lose marks. And even if you write it correctly, the half page answer must be a 2 page answer in exam otherwise, for 5 marks you'll get only 2 4. For lateral entry students, they don't even bug or pay attention to them. Won't add in group quickly, no updates and no messages on what's going to happen. 5. No permanent classes. We have to change the rooms all the time. The campus is so small that schools have bigger campuses than them. 6. The attendance is the worst part of this college. You come 1 day, the percentage will increase in points i.e (60.24% is today) tomorrow it'll be (60.75) or something. If you're absent for a day the percentage gets reduced upto 3% i.e(60%) to (57%)
