I have taken the entrance exam that is only for the Himachal pradesh university campus and the colleges under the himachal pradesh university. I have scored good marks in this entrance, so I choosed this Campus of the HPU for study.

The structure of the course was not that much good. Very old languages are the part of the course and there was no focus on the research.

There was no placement cell. There was no proper placement committee. The students have to go to off campus placements in other colleges or institutions. So, there was no placements no stipend.

There were the departmental matches in the department. There were cultural functions too. The cultural functions are based upon the annual functions and the functions organised by the student parties. Hundred of students take part in these functions.

There were mostly girls in the campus as compared to the strength of boys. The students also take part in the political activities. There were also student parties and the student elections. There were also the departmental sport meet in every department in which a number of students took part to show their strengths in sports. The labs condition in the campus is not that much good.

The hostels are not that much good. There is no proper water supply and cleaning in the hostels and fee is very cheaper according to the facility provided in the hostel. There were sharing in rooms. There were three kind of rooms- single, double and tripl

My college seniors were very nice and cooperative. They helped us in every manner. In our department the seniors always helps their juniors and supports them. We have got a lots of thing to learn from our seniors. The seniors plays the roll of guides in the department.

The faculty was not interested in teaching. There was only 9 or 10 lectures were there in the whole semester.
