Likes
- Classes are high tech. Have two smart tvs for lecturing which professors use efficitively. And also for showing slides and detailed video. Class rooms quality are top notch giving a good studying environment.
- Professor's are good. Teaching quality is not bad cause some professor's are weak in teaching.
- Good discipline and dress code implemented.
Dislikes
- Campus is inside a IT building, which makes a lot of restrictions for the students.
- Over strict on matters like canteen timings. Can't access them whenever you want.
- No library for students to use or no place for extra curricular activities
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum has up to date subjects which make as job ready. Teaching can be made better by the faculties and IV trips conducted along with it. Difficulty can be increased but exams are conducted on regular basis
Fees and Financial Aid
It's gonna cost around 130000 throughtout the academic year. Scholarship of 25% can be availed for students with 90% and above grade in puc or higher secondary. Scholarship will be reevaluated again after semester exams.
Campus Life
Events and annunal fests are conducted less in frequency. Even if done, the event would be a small one with less participation. Sports are conducted once a year. Social groups and clubs of students are weak.
Admission
I applied for kristu jayanti for Bcom course. But i had a change of mind and wanted to try a different course in different college. And saw yenepoya. So i just gave it a try. And the college is different from other colleges so i decided to choose it.
Faculty
Terrible faculty to student ratio. One teacher has to maintain a classroom with 140 capacity. But faculties are good and friendly. Exams are conducted as internals with a mid difficulty. The course is relevant as it teach the core fundamentals in it sector
Night Life
Hostel have curfew starting from 6:00 pm. Campus can't be accessed except at class times. Gym and cafetarias are worse and can't be accessed whenever. College is inside bhartiya city which gives a safe place to roam at night and good hangout spots.
