- The ratio of girls to the boys is almost same. There is friendly environment between students.
- The college department is very helpful to students and teachers are very co-operative and always ready to help students if there's any problem
- Infrastructure is well developed and various indoor sports activities availabe like carrom and table tennis
Dislikes
- There's no big playground available for students to engage in physical activity
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because it provides a large number of job opportunities in future and it also helps to deal with real world applications. There are some courses which needs to be improved. Timing is enough for students and difficulty level increases as semester increases
Fees and Financial Aid
The admission fees of 1st semester is 5700 for commerce students and its differ dor various courses.The turion fees,caution fees, development fees,lab fees and other compulsory charges included in the admission fees. My batchmates fees is also same. There are various scholarships and schemes by government are available
Campus Life
Many annual festivals are celebrated in our college like new year , holi , independence day etc and various singers and other celebrities were invited for concerts and other live programs. Various types and large number of books are available in our college library.
Admission
After 12th, i applied for two colleges bangabasi college and surendranath college as both are easy access for me on aspects of transportation. My name first appeared on admission list of bangabasi college so i admitted in it. For easy admission you need to score higher marks in 12th.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is very high. There's a teacher available for every almost 40 students. Economics teacher is my favourite because the way he explains is really understanding. Total 6 exams are conducted, 2 exams in one year and the difficulty of exams increases as the semester increases
Night Life
The location of our college is in main city and outside of college is crowded area but there are many cafes are around for someone having to relax their mind. Famous hangout places near our college are santosh mitra square, md ali park. Kolkata medical college.
