CBIT Hyderabad Unveiled: A Deep Dive into Campus Life,Opportunities,and Challengs

Curriculam provides a solid foundation but lacks updates in emerging tech. Good basic knowledge, but needs more hands-on experience,practical projects,and interactive learning. Exams are moderately difficult

Internships with Barclays,JPMC,GAP for roles like Software Development Intern ,data analyst Intern. stipend:10000-20000 per month. Interns work on live projects,focusing on software development,data analysis , Some get full-time offers.

From 7th semester onwards the students are eligible for placements. some of the major companies that have visited CBIT include Deloite,Cognizant,Infosys ,Accenture . Highest Package:10-18LPA(for top tech roles) Average Package:4-6LPA(across various domains) Around 60% of students typically get placed As for my plans, after completing my degree ,I aim to either pursue studies like a master's degree or enter the workforce depending on the opportunities available and my career intrests.

The fee structure at CBIT Hyderabad has recently increased , which has raised concerns among students . when i was in first year (i.e 2021) the tution fee was 135000 , In third year (2023) the fee was increased by 25000 bringing the total to 160000. on top of this we were asked to pay the increased fees for previous years as well . Additional charges have also been added , which increases the financial burden on students and parents . Moreover , exam fees are also rising , contributing further to financial strain.

The college hosts a 7-day combined festival with Anual festival is Shruthi and Technical festival is Sudhee typically held in March. The library is well-stocked with books,journals. Modern classrooms equipped with projectors facilities for cricket,basketball . various clubs like cultural club and Robotics Club encourage student involvement. Student-run clubs offer leadership oppurtunities and enhance the social experience.

Basic rooms with beds,cupboards and fan. Average food with a rotating vegetarian menu,snacks available. Simple registration through college administration with upfront fees. Hostel fees are affordable , varying by room type. Near areas like Koti,Mahedipatnam offer affordable rooms and PGs.

I choose CBIT for its strong reputaion,modern infrastructure,and good placement oppurtunities. I applied to VNR,MVSR,Vasavi but chose CBIT due to better overall offerings,including curriculam and placement support . In college selection my first preference is CBIT due to my high score helped me secure admission at CBIT. The admission process is based on TS EAMCET , with cutoffs varying each year.It was smooth, with clear instructions for document submission and fee payment, and overall guidance was helpful

Faculty-to-student ratio:Good,ensuring individual attention. Best Faculty:Mr.K.Rajesh Kannan ,Dr.M.Venu GopalaCharry are highly liked for thir knowledge and teaching style. Dislike Faculty:I dont want to mension the names , but they are less engaging and their teaching methods need improvement Exams:Moderate difficulty;most students pass , but some struggle. Course Curriculam:Relevant but could be updated for better industry alignment.

Gym,cafeteria and library close by 6PM. Only for boys with curfew times around 6PM Popular places include Bikanervala, and nearby malls like Iorbit Mall. The area is generally safe , though its better to avoid late-night outings.
