Remarks
The college has a positive atmosphere, which celebration of various festivals which is quite entertaining. Attendance has always been an issue with the college as 75% is minimum, which is difficult to achieve in the final year as the priorities change and there is not much in the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is definitely not satisfactory. Other than mathematics all the subjects have content which is not updated and is not in sync with the industry standards. Regarding the exam structure there are 8 semester exams in 4 years.
Placement Experience
There is no option of internship from the college. there is a problem with attendance so it is not possible to manage the internship outside the college as well. On the contrary the placement of my year year was really nice with huge number of companies coming to the college and hiring many students.
College Events
There are many events in the college including the college Fest which is held annually named Moonstone. Moonstone is a good fest which attracts student from many colleges. Other this, there is good celebration of all the festivals.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is flexible, can be paid semester wise, and the feel was somewhere near 40k per semester, which adds up to 80k, which is average compared to other colleges in the city. The flexi pay helpd the students.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are as such no options of loan provided by college, but there are some scholarships provided by University (RGPV). The scholarship is for the students who score highest marks in each of the subjects.
Campus Life
It is just okay. The labs are under the par level, although the library is huge and has a variety of books of all domains. The college campus has a cricket ground, basketball court and badminton court.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes the alumni network is good. I have found many of the seniors in different countries and they have been helpful in guiding about the future openings and opportunities. Many seniors are there in different MNCs which have been helpful in referring and guiding.
Faculty
There are all kind of faculties in the college. Some really great with lots of experience and great calibre while others are just like okay as some of them have just graduated and join the college as faculty.
