No negative remarks. Wonderfull and awesome college i have ever seen in my life. All positive response from my side without any doubt. Proud to be an oucwian and lucky to got admission in that college.

Course Curriculum Overview

There will be entrance exam which will be online. It will be conducted after the completion of our graduation. The course curriculum will be semester wise which is very helpful to our current generation.

Placement Experience

There will be many placements and internships coming from big big companies. Our college also provides many internships which is very useful. The stipend will be high starting from 15000. Job oppurtunities are good.

College Events

There are many events held in our college like traditional day ,freshers, farewell,science day, sports day, college day which we enjoy a lot. They will be conducting year yearly. Faculty will support us in all the events.

Fee Structure And Facilities

There will be low fees in our college which is affordable for all the students. There will be also scholarship facility which we have to provide all the certificates required for the process and they will also provide us the mess charges.

There will be many extracurricular activities like quiz, debates, science fair, competitions like rangoli, mehendi, antakshari, dance, singing etc. Labs having all the instruments. There are many games and sports in our college.

The alumni network is wonderful and our seniors are very friendly in nature. There is an Anti ragging system in our college. Our professors support and guide us in all aspects. They are helpfull in all things.

Faculty

The faculty of our college are highly qualified and talented. They are very knowledgaeble and are having lots of patience. They will teach us starting from the basics and it goes to our mind easily.

The geology has very significant importance to human in more ways but the Geology related jobs are very less in state government and central government. Few geology related companies are give opportunities to students wit. Internships and also provide jobs with tough exam and interview. The companies are Geological Survey of India and NGRI etc.. we expect that jobs in state government jobs but very less in state government in geology related jobs.

It is an amazing course. Helps me understand the concept very deeply the curriculum is also really good. Every teacher has their own way of teaching some can improve but it is fine we can try to study and understand by ourselves a bit. When it comes to internals its of 20 marks we have as such three of them for one sem and avg of 10 is taken from it internals are of 1hr and externals will be about 2hrs 30mins and labs of 3hrs

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of the biotechnology course includes all the relevant topics needed to gain information about the subject. The curriculum also includes currently developing topics of interest which may gain popularity in the future (like bioinformatics). It thoroughly prepares us for real world applications as we gain exposure to various fields of interest in the subject and get a hands-on training in the subject. Ab area i would like to suggest for improvement is to alot equal no. Of periods to different papers in the subject as each topic has its own value in the academic and career purpose. The internals are conducted every month within a duration of 1 hour for each paper. there are currently 4 internals for our batch, each of 10 marks. The externals or the end semester exams are conducted at the end of the semester approx 6 months, which are of 50 marks. 10 marks is alloted for attendance, bringing the total to 1000.

The 2nd semester students are eligible for the placements and Infosys and many other companies hired our college for the jobs and offers were also good as 3lakhs to 4 lakhs per annually Nearly 70%of the students got placement I am very happy by getting seat in this university as I also will get and job in any of the placement cell

Along with the Telangana mahila vishwavidyalayam I have also applied for Andhra Mahila sabha college for women in Osmania campus and also A.V college of arts and science but I opted for this college because this college has a great history and great old heritage.The british residency building called Durbar hall and the old buildings inside the campus along with that the lush green campus with peacocks,birds and greenary would keep our mind peaceful and the huge trees under which we used to sit and study and the standard curriculum of the college grabbed us towards this college. I am not rejected by any college but I myself opted for this college .The eligibility criteria of this college is that you need to get above 90% in your intermediate and you need to apply in DOST and appear for the counselling to get the seat in this college....Read More
