Student life in DY patil School of Architecture, Navi mumbai

The course is can be really complex because there are many subjects, but it can be fun when you're really focused and interested, Currently I have 11 subjects in 3rd year, but you have to be really good at time management, in order to succeed or get good grades and prepare a decent portfolio/resume for a better future/career.

The fees for architecture course is 3lakh per year for me when I joined in 2022. In total for 5 years, its 15lakh, and it's currently 3.75lakh for students who joined in 2024, so it's an increase of 75k in 2 years.

Dy patil hosts various events, exhibitions, and also various workshops, with prominent architects from around the world, come for a workshop and that is very good as far as real world experience is concerned. Also the social life is good, people are friendly and helpful in this course, In navi mumbai

I felt that Dy patil was more future ready, because it has various cutting edge machines which are currently lacking in various other colleges, in this course, and also the faculty to student ratio is better than other colleges, and was visible during the time I went for admissions to visit.

1 faculty to 10 students, so the faculty to student ratis good, and the people, one faculty I really like, his name is Sameer sir, he teaches construction and working drawing subject, he covers every topic way before the time, and also incorporates various study tours to sites for better understanding and knowledge. Faculties are very helpful in the college.

There are various gyms, cafes near the college all in its a happening place and I feel it's safer for girls as compared to other colleges, and the night life is also better than other areas of mumbai.
