- As I am from Artificial intelligence and Robotics branch. As much I seen our professors are very supportive and our HOD is very polite .
- MITS gwalior has desent campus not very good and also not very good
- Our college is known for its strong academic focus, well-maintained campus, and supportive atmosphere. One of the standout aspects of our college is its strict no-ragging policy.
Dislikes
- In Mits gwalior there is only one canteen which has capacity of around 50 students at a time.
- I am not from hostel but my friends who are staying in hostel has shared a experience they said that in hostel food quality is very poor and hostel facility are not so good . Lift of the hostel are not worked properly.
- In boys hostel if are visiting outside hostel you have to return back before 7:30 PM . If you return late then they can call to your parents.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum in our is generally well-structured and covers the fundamental aspects of engineering and technology, designed to ensure a solid grounding in core concepts. Over recent years, the curriculum has gradually evolved to stay relevant to industry trends, though there are some areas where it could improve further in terms of integrating emerging technologies.
Placement Experience
As I heard from some seniors that in our college around 30 companies come for campus recruitment . I facilities try to help the meritorious students of the collage to get placed because in our collage most of the students are not serious about coding and also in studies.thats why facilities helps only to serious students.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our collage fees is 167000/- for first year and 125000/- per year for remaining 3 years . Our collage provide scholarship for sc ,st and OBC category students. Our collage provide scholarships like medhavi scholarship for Madhya Pradesh students . For medhavi scholarship students must have rank 1.5lakhs in jee mains . Sc and St category students get almost 100% tution fees refund in the form of scholarship and OBC category students who rank above 1.5 lakhs get post metric scholarship.
Campus Life
In our college there are around 96 clubs such as gaming club , robotics club ,ai club , music club etc.As I have a interest in robotics so I applied for robotics club.I am very serious about my studies so I don't have any interest in campus life . I have around 8 friends and all are also serious about their future.
Admission
I have chose this collage because I have a interest in robotics. In India only few collage provide bechlors degree in robotics and MITS is from one of them that's why I chose MITS and as market trends and also wants to learn AI , so I chose artificial intelligence and Robotics branch.
Faculty
In AIR branch we are around 78 students and we have 7 subjects in our 1st sem like universal human values and ethics, electronic system, digital logic design, introduction to AI and Robotics, Linear algebra and NEC. Overall there are 10 facilities in our branch. University has also provided a personal mentors to the students, one mentor for 10 students
Night Life
In our college there is no gym for hostel students also but there is library with around 150 students capacity at a single time.In hostel if you are going outside you have to return back before 7:30 PM . There is no such famous places for hangout.
