The best event which takes in the college is ZEST which is the cultural event that takes place in January every year. You will enjoy the event very much. Talking about other events there is Admirals event for all the alumni of the college, also there are various conferences.

Campus Life

The campus life is cool. Gender male 55 female 45 around. Also talking about sports there is a Mumbai University sports complex where you can enjoy also there is a small pond just behind the college where you can chill. the artillery committee arranges Debates and quiz.

Alumni/Alumna

They are too helpful as they provide recruitment to the students also they come to have a talk with the students on a regular basis.

Admission

I got selected in admi by cap round 2 through CET examination held on March 2018. I belong to SBC Category hence I was allotted the seat in the 2 nd list itself, also I am an engineer and I belong to home University i.e. Mumbai University hence I got the admission in 2 nd list itself.

Faculty

The faculty is good. Most of the faculty is very much experienced also having the exposure of industry and can guide you in a better manner for taking your specialization also they are very much friendly so you can talk with them freely. Talking about visiting faculty they are also very much experienced and also treat you the same way.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable.
