My awesome college

My college is situated in Bangalore , which is basically a very pleasant place to stay. In addition it is ranked among the top 5 colleges in the city. My stream is very useful in handling all aspects of an industry.

Kcet . I chose the college because it offer best training for industrial engineering and management students .

The course deals with basic engineering concepts in the first year. Later in the second year it advances into mechanical stream. Third year deals with management studies. Fourth year yet to study.

Not many companies come for offering us internships. It's our job to get out of college in the holidays and find an internship. We have to apply for an internship in a company , as we get selected we get to work in their place and understand their concepts which will be helpful in application of our classroom studies in real life.

Placements are good. Companies like tcs , Infosys , Accenture , l&t , Bosch , etc offer jobs. Packages vary from 3 lakhs p.a to 10 lakh p.a.

Technical feasts like phase shift where respective branches organize competitions according to their stream and exhibit their projects as well. Cultural festivals like ethnic day is celebrated every year. In addition college also celebrates utsav every year, which is done by students of all stream.

Fees structure is feasible. They charge 30,000 per year for students who come through kcet. In addition scholarships are given by government for students of scheduled caste and scheduled tribes. Which will reduce the fees for students belonging to that category. Students who enter through comedk have to pay 1 lakhs and above for the seat. And students who enter through management quota have to pay 5 lakhs n above.

Many scholarships are offered by both college and government for meritorious students.one such scholarship is offered by government of Karnataka for scheduled caste and scheduled tribes students where their whole fees is paid by the government.

My college is always lively with soo many activities going on. The people are really friendly in nature. Labs,workshops are conducted on regular basis.

Actually I don't stay in hostel. But as I know hostel facilities are really good. They are situated very close to college. They provide good food as well.

There is a well maintained alumni association. Where regular re unions are organized.

Exams can be classified as medium leveled difficulty. Labs are chilled out. Exams consist of 5 questions. We basically have to study 5 units for exams out of which we don't have any choice. Then the examinations are conducted by a separate department call

Faculty members are well educated and qualified. They provide quality education to the students. They arrive at the right time for classes. They focus more on industrial needs n teach accordingly. They even organize guest lectures for the students from fa
