College with good values

College have both positive as well as negative sides as it helps to be self-dependent on the other hand it destroys the quality of students. With very few equipment labs do not run properly, the library does not have all the books required.

In the college, there were 3 courses in BTech that were cs, IP, and electronics respectively in 2016 but now it offers 7 courses in BTech. The exam is conducted internally by a college examination cell that was two sessionals and externally by bord AKTU at the end of the semester.

Placement is good with track record of 80 percent who sit in qualifying tests of companies. But most of the students preffer government jobs over placement because of very low packages. College does not provide any kind of internship.

College organises tech fest in the month of april every year where students compete with each other in verious technical events as well as non technical events. And cultural fest in the end of october namely udbhav. Sports meet is also organised with various indoor and outdoor events.

Fee structure is feasible for everyone and we can also avail educational loans also. Fees is submitted o n yearly basis which does not exceeds RS 60000 in a year and hostel fees is also the same. Students get scholarship from state government which helps to bear all the expences.

I have availed only srate government scholarship according to which state government provide financial support to those students whose financial condition are weak on the basis of fixed criteria. College does not offer any type of loan or scholarship.

Extracurricular activities include many sports like dance ,drama etc which were seen only during cultural fest , there were not any specific committee for this. Sports facilities are good as college sends various teams to perform in university sports competition and also organises sports meet regularly. Labs do not have sufficient equipments so they do not run regularly.

Hostel is constructed during college establishment which may be in 1970s so according to that infrastr is pretty god and if we talk about mess facilities they are good as contractors are invited to fill the tenders but other facilities like washrooms and toilets needed to be well maintained.

Alumni network is very good seniors helped many of the students to follow their passion and also guides to different situations. They also helped in figuring out companies and how to handle workloads.

Faculties are well qualified and knowledgeable but only a few have good teaching skills. Most of them does not even bother about course, syllabus, projects, etc. So there are only a few students who prefer to attend classes.
