Course Curriculum Overview
Our college providing elective courses which can increase our credits and knowledge. In my course curriculum it is specialising in cyber security. They are providing workshops and project - based learning. They are providing real-world applications like job placement support. Our college always update outdated course materials. Encourage active learning and problem solving. There are 2 internal exams and model exams per semester for preparing students for semester exams. Difficulty level of exams: Moderate.
Placement Experience
From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Lot of MNC companies like BMW,teachnook,corizo are coming in to our college for placement recruitment and they're providing students average to high level of salary package. Our college students got internships in MNC companies like BMW . 70-90 Percentage of students getting placements. My plans after getting the degree are I need to do masters .
Fees and Financial Aid
Current I'm doing 5th semester of BE CSE (CS) in Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan college of engineering Coimbatore. Tution fee/year - 100000 Admission fee - 10000 Application fee - 500 Consortium fee - 1000 They are providing scholarships too. This fees are only for 2022-26 batch , now it is increased.
Campus Life
They conduct annual day celebration at the period of March-April. Also celebrating hostel day , onam , Pongal for students mental health. Wide range and accessibility of books and journals available in the library , and it is very useful for students for gaining more knowledge. Spacious and well ventilated classrooms. Sports and extracurricular activities offered on campus which build students's extra curricular activities. There's NSS in college and they're conducting lot of programs for social services.
Admission
In our college tution fees and other fees are affordable and they are providing scholarships . Our college providing workshops and industrial visit for making good engineers. Location and accessibility. They're offering placements with high salary packages. When compared to other colleges feeses are quite affordable.
Faculty
Almost every faculties are phD holders , others are PG holders . They have lot of knowledge about the subject which they are taking . Every year there are 2 semesters and they are conducting semester wise examinations. Providing practical practice in labs and conducting practical exams too. There are core subjects and elective subjects too. Exams are conducted under Anna University. GPA based marking system. There are lots assignments and based on that internal marks are provided. College conducting internal exams and model exams for preparing students for semester exams.
Night Life
Our college provides gym in hostel for students healthy life. There's canteen inside the college which provides tasty and healthy food. There are 2 libraries in campus which helps students to gaon more knowledge. Hostel timing is from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Hangout spots near college are palakkad and Coimbatore which consist of lot of cafeterias and places which make students minds calm.
