How to get admission in top state engineering college.

BIT SINDRI is a good college and will hold its position firmly in the coming days. It had been among top rankers in its earlier days whenever we used to talk about the top engineering colleges in India. But due to certain ill-practices, it has lost its trust among students. But the sun's never down for long. Our highly respected and newly elected Director Prof. D.K. Singh is working day and night to return this prestigious institution to its former glory!.We've faced almost no ragging till now but there are many restrictions imposed on 1st year students which are not actually required ( I guess). Like we can't even roam in around the college campus, we've to take the much longer route to reach to our classrooms as compared to the 2nd, 3rd and final year students. Bags, belts, etc are not allowed. Access is denied through the main gate of the college campus and we are forced to use the back gate to enter or leave the college premises. 5 students share a room in hostels which sometimes is an issue for those students who are not familiar of living with these many people. But as time passes you'll enjoy it.

The exam are conducted by jceceb examination board ,there are three subject ,maths , physics and chemistry,all questions are of equal weighted.total 150 questions are there 50 for physical,50 for mathematics and 50 for chemistry.All the. Question are based of 12 the examination CBSE type.+1 marks are given for every correct answer and if the answer is wrong than 1/4 marks is deducted for each wrong response.

As we all know that BIT SINDRI is one among the oldest and most prestigious colleges in India started in 1949 . So you will get here Best alumni and well experienced faculty members who are always there to help you . Talking about the placement this year like every year placements where phenomenal. The placement are not over and we have placed more than 370+ students in a batch of 640 + 200 from d2d that comes in 2nd year then the net strength goes to around 800 which is an achievement as the placement cells are very active here.. college does not provide internship but it gives the news of internship from all industries..that performs and all information is given by TPO OF BIT SINDRI . SCHOLARSHIP is provided there are many scholarship provide if you are top in your examination for every branches.

The best part of college is its fee structure. it is quite affordable. it cost only around 1.25 lakhs for BTech and 50k for mtech full course and fooding lodging fee is around 3500 rs per month. however, there are some expense like exam fee but overall with such low fee one shouldn't mind it.

E Kalyan is the scholarship that I have availed Evey year it provide basis money that can fulfil all that need which is required for admission in college and examination fee., they provide scholarship facility also they provide the facility for the bank loan. state bank of India has a branch located inside the campus to facilitate the loan approval.

bit sindri has a gym and the basketball court is being repaired. Sports club is doing all the possible thing to bring it the best equipments in the gym plus few bills has been passed for the gym and basketball court and club ground,every year sport department conduct the sport. And all the teachers also participate.

The hostel facility is also not costely.the fee is around 5000 for hostel mantantence and +2000 for electrical bill .the only payment is the mess free ie 3000 cost per month.there is no problem with hostel or mess ?ey are conducted quite smoothly. the room is good they provide double room for BTech and single room for mtech second year however for the mtech first year they keep four students in one room which is a bit fishy.

yes, there is very very good coordination between the alumni. many alumni from bit Sindri are at the big post it helps the student at the time of interviewBIT Sindri has the privilege of having one of the best alumni networks of the nation. the college was started in the year 1949 and enjoys the privilege of being on of the best college of the nation. It is one of the few state government college to be at par with the NIT’s and its alumni network can surely match with that of IIT’s. Yes its not an exaggeration. The faculty is good.Teacher are from all best IIT engineering colleges and they have completed phd .The college provide all the basis need of children.the campus is Urban, Land Cover 450 acres (1.8 km2).the total intake of students About 750 annual intake per academic year.
