Course Curriculum Overview
We have a TVL there is THE VENTURE LAB in our 2nd year which is the most unique thing this course offers you here. There are some courses which may not feel very relevant. We have graded quizes and assignments frequently and we have our mid and end terms which are pretty mid not very easy not very difficult.
Internships Opportunities
I am a first year student so i can't talk about my experience but from the words i had with my senior, the internships you get is good. Companies like DE Shaw, Bain etc come for internships. Students also get PPOs and also stipends during their internship.
Placement Experience
Students can get on campus job from their third or fourth semester. More than 90% of the student planning to get placed get a decent package. I plan to get placed through this university for work experience.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fees we pay is 7,00,000 in which 5,00,000 is tuition fees and the rest is hostel fees. But this is subject to increment every year. There are options for financial aid and the university also lends out student education loans. There are also many kinds of scholarship like merit based, sports etc.
Campus Life
There are many fests happening in the university but the main fest is the breeze fest. We have smart screens and apps where study content is uploaded. Overall sports is very good and many students are really active.
Hostel Facilities
We have quad sharing rooms in our first year. We get a study table and chair as well as an almirah to keep our stuff. The food is quiet decent although it is really bad at times. Our university has only residential courses so we can't oive outside.
Admission
I applied for symbiosis, noida as well as christ, ghaziabad. I had got an offer for afmission in both of them. I chose this college because it has better teaching methods and an upper hand in placements as well. You need to score more than 60% in CBSE board exams and pass the university's private paper to get into the college
Faculty
We can visit the faculty in their office hours or we could just mail them at any time. Mr.Vivek khanna and Mrs. Parul are the best professors we've had. While some professors go out of the way to help you some just wouldn't listen to you
Night Life
We, my friends, usually go for a nightwalk or sit in the chess garden at times playing cards. If we feel like eating something we go to C&D which is a very popular eating spot amongst students. Many students like to hangout their with their friends.
