Course Curriculum Overview
There is no entrance exam or any other stuff for science and humanities ( department of computer applications ) the course was pretty good and easy and all the important computer languages will be covered in the 3 years and there will be CT 1 ,CT 2 , Model exam then Semester exam will be conducted
Placement Experience
The most important and must needed answer SRM university will bring all the major companies and gives chances to all the students even if you have arrear. If you want to place in a good and best pay company then you have to maintain good CGPA and no history of arrears.
College Events
Hastag Texus Techblaze Rampus Etc... These are the best and famous events which will be held every year for 3 days this is the best palce and platform for students to show up and prove their talents.
Fee Structure And Facilities
When I joined in 2016 the tution book fees , and cdc ,etc all together I paid 56,000 now it's 70,000 then the fees vary for both shift for morning shift the price is high when compared to evening shift.
Fees and Financial Aid
If the student has scored like state first or holds any other sports certificate like nationals or state level he / she will be given scholarship and this is for engineering student for science and humanities students who has scored more than 900 or 1000 their fees amount will be less when compared to others
Campus Life
SRM university has very good labs especially chemistry and physics lab they have all good equipments and maintain the lab. for sports students has to bring their own equipments if they are interested to play any games.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel infrastructure is not up to the expectations it's okay only students must bring their bed and pillows they won't provide them so my opinion is students can take up rooms which is available in and around college .
Alumni/Alumna
In these 3 years we haven't met any alumini but our seniors are helpful they tell you how to interact with the faculty's and give you idea to organise a program and stands by for other cultural and technical events.
Faculty
The best thing we got in the college is the faculty's are like friends they encourage you and push you to reach your goal and marks so they are more supportive and they will conduct special class if students score less marks which is average or below average
