All Rounder Review Of Gitam University Bangalore

So currently GITAM UNIVERSITY is a part of liberal education , it's mean in your first semester, you read all type of subject like it's only for school of science School of Business and school of humanity and social science so this three school students are taking two subjects from each school. And they complete their first semester with the 6 subject semester and 3 University core subject like programming ,environmental studies and English. So this is the structure for 1st semester and after 1st semester , your major subjects comes and you studied. Also GITAM offering minor and major subjects . Like I have BBA as a major and I take a minor form school of humanities and social science like BA in economics , so I need to study BA in economics in my 2nd sem to 5th sem so like that after completing my course from this college . I receive two degree one is BBA degree and a certificate degree of BA economics. So this is very good for every student in a single time you completed two degrees so it's very beneficial for students and they do not charge extra fees for this.

• in third semester and fifth semester internship is mandatory , so there are 150 + companies for internship. Sum of the top company is hexagon , TCS and you also work as a researcher in gitam labs. • They Research in many topics and they have many successful project. Especially the department of science is very well known. Gitam have some researcher scientist professors.

• In Gitam University they have dedicated placement cell so the placement is very good in this college there are 250 to 300 companies come for recruitment. And Gitam engineering student and management student god very good placement in this year management student got placement 22 lakhs per annum and a engineering student got placement 17 lakh per annum. And this university highest placement 43 lakh per annum. All average in previous year gitam student Got placement package like 4LPA so you can say they provide decent package. India's large 25 companies come for recruitment in this college so it's a very good opportunity for students. • internship - so the internship comes from second year and in third year internship is mandatory . So it's very good for experience. • Gitam University offers MBA and PGDM also PHD . So I think complete my MBA from other college after completing my MBA I join GITAM once again and completing my PHD from this college so this is my current dream . • In persentage Management 100% Student Get Campus Placement and Overall 95% got the placement.

• so this college offer scholarship like 75% , 60% , 40% , 25%, 15% . So I got 40% scholarship my fees is 110, 000 per Year but I paid only 70,000 . And in others two years I paid 72,000 and 75,000 so my total Collage fees is 217,000 . • They Have a registration fees For admission exam 1,000 Rs only . And there was no extra charges for labs , development fees etc. so very affordable Fees structure. • Also they offered Education Loan for Students. It's a very Good consept in this college. and some of my friends get 75% schollership. and if you are comes from Amry Family or a UPSC aspirant so you got additional 15% scholership so if you got 75% + 15% = 90% schollership. It's very helpful for village sides students or poor family students.

• So campus life is very good , in every year the organise two three huge event. In month of December and January they organise Prerna festival it's GITAM Bengaluru largest festival. And in 2024 GITAM Bangalore is a venue of Aerothon 2024, and all event like Halloween Diwali ,Holi all are celebrate in this college. • GITAM Have a huge library in second building its called venture development centre . There are all books and journal available. Also GITAM have digital library . In digital library they have 50-60 desktops . So the main library is very big. Also in first building there are business library for management student also they are some Science Students books are available so that library journal and books are available all times and the library is quite good. • in recently GITAM made a huge running track in the centre of campus. And GITAM have all sports ground like football ground cricket badminton tennis basketball alls are there. • I think in Gitam we have 30 to 40 clubs so the club activities as very good and I am a member of three clubs so it's very exciting and good experience for all student to connecting with seniors and juniors and all organised some events.

• so the hostel is very good there was two sharing rooms three sharings rooms so and also single room. In Central block hostel are quite good I think it's decent , but in North block and South Block hostels are 16th floors hostels there provide five star rooms and 5 star food also so the hostel rooms are good. • so many they are provided South Indian food and also the food quality is decent not superior level. • hostel affordability is good because if you are getting scholarship in your academic as well as you get scholarship in your hostels .

•so first of all I applied in four colleges to in Kolkata and to in Bangalore , Kolkata I applied in St Xavier's College and Goenka College of commerce . And in Bengaluru I applied in GITAM and Kristu Jayanti College . So I got confirmation from all the four colleges . Then then I analyse something about the placement the reputation of the college then I select GITAM because GITAM have a worldwide reputation . I have a big confusion between GITAM and Kristu Jayanti College because both are very well reputed college in Bengaluru but after sometime I realise. GITAM is much better because they provider large campus, modern infrastructure, and they have more to campus in Vizag as well as in Hyderabad so it's a very good opportunity to me to join this college it's a large University chain you can say so I choose GITAM university for my study.

• For School Of Business - 20:1 • School Of Science - 20:1 • School Of Humanities & Social Science - 35:1 • School Of Technology - 35:1 So over all students faculty ratio good. And for 25-35 students they have a mentor. Every week Students and mentor have a meeting, so Relationship is very good between them . I'm A business Student In school of business I like 90% Faculty Members because they are coming for verious States in india and also we have some Foreign faculty members in Management Department.

• so in the time of night me and my all friends used to go the GITAM Cafe it's very good. And the library public area are open till 9 o'clock. • In Campus we have a unisex Gym and all hostel have one Gym . Ar nat all are celebrate all events together it's a good experience. • for hangout places we use to go the garden area in campus. And the cafeteria areas. And the ground area because at night from 6 o'clock to 9:30 there was football cricket match organized.
