Review on AITS, tirupathi

I chose this course as our clg gives us chance to go whichever path we like. As I am ECE I have two options,and our clg helps in both the ways. My curriculum gives grip on communication skills circuit designing and also in computer language skills. I think they can add an extra computer language in our curriculum.

As I am first year student I don't know which companies came for internships last year but I know that the stipend was around 5k to 7k differing from company. We need to do minimum two projects but teachers encourage us to do evng more. And teachers helps us in any doubts we get during the projects.

For 6th semester students become eligible for campus for campus placements . Companies like Infosys,Wipro,tech Mahindra and others visited our college. 175 students got selected out 300 students. Highest package are is around 14 lakhs and average is around 4 to 6 lakhs. Approx 76% students get placed. My plan after getting the degree is mtech with research in marine electronics

I am an ECE student annamacharya institute of technology and sciences, tirupathi. I got admission through EAPCET exam conducted by ap government. Because of this my fees 43000 which is provided by government but we have to 10000 as building fees by ourselves. As through management quota clg fees is around 1 lakh and building fees is 10000. And there might extra charges for record books and others. Fee for other courses depends on the course. Ap Government gives us college fees. And there few more benefits for girls from government. We canalso apply for private scholarships.

We celebrate freshers for 1st and 2nd year, farewell for 3rd and 4th year students. And there are many simple festivals held often by respective departments. And we have many technical fests conducted. The range of books in the library is pretty good. Every book is available, if u don't find any u can give a word to librarian and he will get that book arranged. The facilities and classrooms are very nice with proper ventilation. Labs are pretty decent. Sports are made compulsory from 3rd semester and is made optional after 4th semester. There are clubs created by respective departments which work as groups. They make student interactive and energetic

I took admission in bti college but I cancelled my seat bacuase of my health problems. And I didn't apply for any other colleges. I selected this college in my counselling period. I chose this clg as it is good in studies and I also have seniors who suggested me this College. My College accepts admissions through 3 ways. One is management quota,the second is ap and ts government exams called EAPCET,TSCET respectively, the third is through lateral entry for diploma students. The cut offs starts at 28000 and ends at 54000 for genral students and for different courses.

Faculty to student ratio is pretty good. We get to engage with our teachers all the time. They are very easily approachable. I personally like kumar sir who teaches us engeneering graphics. He not only teaches good but engage with us very freely. I like every faculty they teach us very good. They conduct 2 mid exams and 1 sem exam for every semester. They give paper with moderate difficulty. Over 20 students fail in complete ece branch with 175 students. Exams are completely relevant to course curriculum. Syllabus is taught on time,with assignments which help us in exams

I have been selected thorugh EAPCET so I didn't had any exams. I had GD in which teachers told about college,it's rules and facilities. Whereas for management quota there is a exam. I don't have much idea about it

Our college has a huge canteen and a gymnasium right above it. Gym is open during morning hours for hostelers. The timings very for 1st years and other students. For 1st years it's 8:40 to 3 where as for seniors it is 9:30 to 4:30. There are many hangout places in and out of the campus it is not outside the college during night times whereas it is safe inside the hostel
