The opportunities which seem to be growing as forensic dentistry and other courses are being explored . It opens new gate for every student willing to opt for this course . Curriculum will get better if they let you select these courses through student choice.

Not that accustomed to the internship opportunities as I am just a second year but the opportunities are great , the maximum you learn is at the time of internship through practicals and by doing patients or by observing the pg students do the same.

The yearly fees for the Bds curriculum is 342000 and that's fixed by the government norms. 20000 is the examination fee paid yearly before the end of examination. No scholarship is available as such but you can apply from the government website for additional scholarship.

Amistad is the college fest which held at SPPGIDMS. This fest is the biggest event held at this coloege after the convention of the departments. Consists of a series of events like football basketball dancing singing etc.

Hostel is good . But the mess food is mediocre at best. The things they provide are a chair table fan tubelight and a bed and the default rooms provided are double sharing which can be availed during admission by just asking the management.

Other colleges don't have a hospital specifically for dental cases , but this college even gets the patient referred by SGPGI. Thus increasing the already good patient flow helpful for students. You get to experience variety of cases and gain experience.

The ratio is 10:1 . The batch is divided into two groups of A and B and each group has different labs at the same time of day. Faculties are excellent and will help you throughout the bds curriculum and will help you gain real world experience.

Not that great in my opinion the campus is busy till 9 pm and then it dies every student has to be inside their hostel and they are expected to be inside the hostels maximum by 10:30 for boys but it is strict for the girls.
