Anuj Yadav 's Review On School Of Management Sciences - [SMS], Lucknow

I applied in the main aktu campus, main means my current college is affiliated with Aktu but I also applied in Abdul Kalam technical university, but there i wasn't selected the seats were full as I applied there and it was too late till then. And then I choose the SMS College because it was so known college in my area and it's placements are so good. The was selected in my college through registration only , one of my known is in the college so he help me in the complete admission process.

Around 60-65 students are in each class . The ratio between girls and boys are almost 45-55 respectively. In my section , mostly students are from Bihar side so there way of talking is quite different from us. My friends are so loving and helping as I know them since last 5 years. For participating in class I can say I have 70% of contribution overall. I do attend class for learning and also when it comes to thery subject I attend it for attendance only.

My college provides,100% Summer internship. Placement Cordinator make sure that each and every student have an internship to do in their summer internship time period. The internship scenario is same for the b . Tech course as I know. The internship do provide PPO as. Right now I'm doing and internship in priyagold and this company do provide PPO in the third and fourth semester as per the performance.

The final placements starts by the end of third semester and the average CTC is around 4-5 lakhs pa. And Highest goes to 8-10 lakhs pa. The company do not hire in bulk they hire students accordingly. The placement process of my process is completely transparent as per mt observation.

My first year fees is near about 1.15 lakh and the other year is also the same. But there's 7500 rs that is taken as the examination fees per semester that means around 15k is taken per year for the examination. The total fees that I will be paying is around 2.60lakh and also I pay the bus fees that is 50 thousand for two years . So the total amount I'll be paying for my degree is 3.10lakh. The fees is average in my college neither too high nor too low. The fees do not vary category wise but the scholarship does. As I am OBC cast so I can fill the scholarship form but this scholarship applicability is not for the general category students. The amount that I recieved in my first year is 53500 ( as scholarship) .

- The college don't have gym facility. - The college has a medic room and sick room for the students who are I'll. - The sports events like abhivyakti . It's a huge event of sports that held every year in my college and in this event the students of other colleges do participate and complete and the winner gets the trophy and certificate. - My college doesn't have swimming pool or any such architect water falls. - my college allows to keep our private car and bike in the parking area. - apart from canteen there's a mother dairy in which we can have some snacks or coffee. My overall campus life till now is good ,fun loving. The hostlers are only allowed to roam in the campus garden at night . The locality is not safe I can say as my college is at the main Highway so there's high chances of accidents . there's no such international immersion in my college. The last cultural event was held in April in which the great singer Aditya Rikhari concert was there.

Girls and boys hostel are separated and no boy is allowed to enter in the girls hostel and vice versa. There are two boys hostel and one girls hostel . The boy's hostel is in the campus area and the girls hostel is 6-7 kms away from the college. The hostel fees is around 80 thousand per year including everything in it . I have no idea about the hostel timings as I don't live in the hostel. The fooding is included in the hostel fees . There's a mess in which the food is served to the hosteler. The food chart is there in the hostel that tells what type of meal will be there for the breakfast lunch and dinner. There's guard in the hostel 2 in the boy's hostel. Note - the information regarding hostel is not experienced by me , these all information is what I have heard from my hosteler friends. There's a sharing room facility . The one can live alone also , with two people also and with 3 or more also. Many facilities are provided in the hostel like wifi , ac , laundry, chair , bed ,study table ,etc . Washrooms are attached with the room itself and it depends upon the room if it's private room for one person so the washroom is also used by that person only.

The most preferred exam for for MBA is CAT and CUET and CAT is very high level examination and it's not everyone's cup of tea to qualify that but CUET is comparatively easy to qualify and students prefer to give that for taking admission. There's no other way to get admission in my college it could either to examination pr through registration process . As I got admitted through one of my knowns so it wasn't the long time process for me to take admission. I just went to the enquiry office of the college which is at hazratganj, Lucknow and there i completed my registration process and then the final screening and counselling was done in the college.

Course curriculum is not difficult but if you don't study at all you can fail also. classes are 5 days a week and mostly all faculties hold a PHD degree, there is 75% attendance criteria, if you don't full fill the attendance criteria you will be not able to sit in the exams.
