Better college in meerut

The biotechnology course which I opt is very good and there are specialized facilities for better understanding and they help us to understand by real world application. Only thing which should be improved is that they should provide with printed notes.

The internship opportunities provided from college side is through the miet incubation forum in which various startup are there which provides stipend and certification based intership such as Greenkyari Pvt Ltd in which I'm working as an intern providing stipend per month along with certificate.

From 7 semester we are eligible for campus placements and also there are various placement opportunities provided on campus in various different fields. Companies for biotechnology such as Nestle, hike education and more visited our college for placements. Approximately 70 percent students get placement.

The total fees of this is approx 1 lakh 20 thousands in first year then in decrease from the second year in which the fees is 1 lakh 17 thousands and this is the whole fees including tuition fees and all but the exam fees is approx 8 thousands which you have to pay during the registration of the exam form of aktu university. College also provides some scholarship or concession based on the various exam performance like neet and also other scholarship such as the nsp and state level scholarship opportunities are there.

There are events such as rangotsav, dandiya nights and the main cultural event is kolahaal. Wide range of books are available in the library but the criteria is you have to pay your fees for accessing this facility. Also state level sports and extracurricular activities are offered on campus.

I've applied for Delhi University but the course of biotechnology is not provided there that is why I've applied in miet college also the distance from my home is very far from Delhi University as compared to miet.

The faculties are enough and there in no shortage of facilities and even there is any faculty not teaching well students can give application and after that they can be changed by the hod. There are 2 sessional and one put in each semester which enables for good preparation.

The gym facility is provided to the hostellers and the cafeteria is open for everyone including day scholar and hostellers. The library is open for day scholar as per the college scheduled and for hostellers it is open till late night for those wants to study.
