Remarks

MMK is a great college execelling at a great rate. We have all the facilities required for a student. We have the best in class facilities and faculty as well as visiting facility. The college is very co-operative with students. IT would be one of the best colleges in the coming time!

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Course is good, exam structure is funny. University of Mumbai is bizarre. Papers get messed up, people are informed late, exam dates don’t get finalised and so on. Course has the subjects which are required to learn in reality.

Placement Experience

5

Yes, the placement cell In MMK is great’! There are amazing companies like HDFC, Bo&mitchi and deliotte and so on. We get internship offers every time. While studying and after graduation too. I worked in the label life for a month with a stipend of 6,000

College Events

4.5

Okay so MMK has its own festival called aakarshan but other than that we also participate in intercollegiate festivals. Here MMK has a great name. For being the winners most of the times. We have excellent students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure depends on the course. It started from a mere 6,000 to 20,000 to a max. The college offers various courses. The fees are to be paid in one go. No installments, nothing. But there’s not much done for the students.

Fees and Financial Aid

So I never availed any loan facility with god’s grace, I was able to pay it off but yes my college does offer scholarships to students who are brilliant and after getting a good score too they are facilitated with a price money as scholarships.

Campus Life

4

Extracurricular activities are great! MMK is very good in sports and events and so on. We have great computer labs amen interactive classes. We are growing at an amazing rate. We have been accredited as grade A which only a few colleges have in Mumbai India.

Hostel Facilities

4

No, I haven’t I reside here in Bombay. But my friends stay in PGs. They consider it to be better than hostels because no time limit or anything. They can chill and party ahaha and live As per their convience

Alumni/Alumna

Totally helpful, lovely seniors always guiding and supportive no matter what and excelling in their own ways. They are working with great companies and they get those companies on campus for placement opportunities too!

Faculty

5

It’s amazing. There is a master for all the subjects present there. With regards to bachelors of mass media , we need to learn what happens in the real ad world, hence we have visiting faculty from the industry it self. Other then that, experts in the same field are available too!

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate 6 out of 10 because the syllabus it has old information. The special aspect of the curriculum is about branding, strategy use to make strong brand in the market. The area for improvement in these curriculum is to provide student the proper software for technical or practical subjects. (like photoshop, indesign, etc.)

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I want to be in the film industry. I want to become an actor. This course helps us to get aware of all the media industries. Be it films or television or even radio. Now, there are even more fields such as Public Relations and Event Management. There is an almost equal number of girls and boys. The faculty have industry experience and are well-spoken. They help us in each and every way possible. The use of presentations and modules is common. The learning process is fun and easy. The examinations are conducted in a semester pattern. There are a total of 6 semesters that are conducted on time. The syllabus covers a wide range of topics such as communication, films, photography, etc.

Placement Experience:

Form third year students become eligible for campus placement. Many reputed companies like times of India hindustan times visited our college and got various students selected based on their caliber. The average package here is a around 5-10 Lakh per annum. Only those students who are talented enough for any post get selected for particular job. I'm planning to do a internship in popular media House.
