This is one of the best colleges in the country both study wise as well as ambiance wise

Course Curriculum Overview

There are a total of 4 prof. You have to pass all. In first prof- anatomy physiology biochemistry In 2nd = pharmacology pathology microbiology forensic medicine 3rd = PSM ENT EYE 4TH= medicine surgery OBG pediatrics Apart from the studies you also get exposure to the sick patient and develop the art of talking to ill patients and how to develop empathy but not sympathy with the patients. Overall the course makes you a good human being

Placement Experience

The internship is mandatory after the final year exams. Duration is 1 year. You get a stipend of 15k/ month with free hostel

The fresher party is given to 1st-year students Then in 2nd year, they give a thanksgiving party to their seniors The annual fest of the college is STIMULUS which is celebrated in May or June The cultural night is also celebrated once in a year CME is also organized at regular interval

Tuition fee = 37000 Hostel fee = 24400 Mess depend on you 2000- 4000/ month Examination fee = 1000 per subject As there is no wi fi you have to get your own wifi or can use your phone If you want to join extra courses like BASIC LIFE SUPPORT then this cost 500 rs

No I didn't take any loan as fees was not that much and also none of my batchmates took any kind of loan

The campus is not big its a small college Gender ration is near 50:50 Labs are not that good but you dont require very hi-fi labs because they are required in clinical practice Quiz and discussion are regularly organized The practical approach is given more weightage than the theory

Hostel Facilities

24400 per year Mess is good Cleanliness is good But some students play loud music sometimes at night which cause a little disturbance There is no wifi facility Washrooms are fine Water comes in the morning and evenings Electricity is 24 hours and no restriction is there for electricity use

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are very important in medical education. If you want to do good in your carrier do make good interaction with your seniors but again be careful not all seniors are helpful yous must judge the nature of the senior by yourself

Admission

You have to give NEET exam to get the entry .this college has the highest cut off in the state. After scoring a good rank you are invited for counseling at hp university where you are alloted your desired college as per your readmission process start at the end of July And classes commence from 1 august

Some teachers are good and some are bad Overall it is good Clinical teaching is also good Teacher-student ratio for theory class is 100:1 while for clinical teaching it is 25:1 Regular case discussion is done in the clinics In 3rd and 2nd year, only residents and a junior professor take the classes but in final year senior faculty take the classes

Mbbs in itself is vast curriculum but it's interesting at the same time. We get to learn more about our body in first year through anatomy physiology and biochemistry. Admission:

I am doing my MBBS course from this college. I got admission in this college through NEET entrance examination. This is a new college started in 2016. I applied for NEET exam after completing my 12th. After clearing NEET, I applied with my score in counseling, and got admission in this college by my score. We must have studied Physics, Chemistry and biology in 12th and must have completed 17 years of age.

I applied for NEET examination and applied for counseling and under State quota in counseling I got admission in this college. One should appear for NEET exam to get admission in MBBS in this college and must clear cut off set by this college. Remarks:

Well the faculty is great and they are some of the best in entire state. But some buildings are old and need to be renovated. A new complex is under construction and hope to be operationalise by the end of the year.
