- The thing I liked the most is the diversified courses available for each student whether it is management , engineering , commerce , arts , students have many options .
- Sports Infrastructure is good . students good in sports get a oppurtunity to represent the university at state level .
- The faculty is highly supportive in terms of academic and personal issues . they help a lot to students .
Dislikes
- Infrastructure does not meet its legacy as it's been almost 20 years but infrastructure as not improved . basic facilities are there but a scope of improvement is there .
- Crowd in the college is not so good and are not well mannered .
- Library is not up to the mark does not offer good to read and not well maintained .
Course Curriculum Overview
I wanted to pursue a graduation degree as I am preparing for SSC Exam and this course helps me in my prepartion as well . SGI has also classes for the competive exams and they have merged the degree programme with the competive exam which is really helpful for the students.
Fees and Financial Aid
The complete fees of SGI is Rs. 22000 per year . Only you have to pay the fees (approx . Rs. 1900-2000 ) for semester wise exams that are conducted by Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay University every semester . The scholarship is available for the students who have scored good percentage in class 12th .
Campus Life
Cultural events are very frequent in this college . as i mentioned above sports is very good in this collge and many students have already represented the university at state level . Many Gold and Silver medalists are given by this collge in state level competion.
Admission
I wanted to join this college I'm from sikar where the college is located and in Skar according to my knowlege it is the best college . I have not applie for any other collges as I just wanted to prepare for the government exam and in which SGI is helping me a lot .
Faculty
Faculty is good , co-operative and have a detailed knowlege about their specific subjects . Each Section contains almost 60-70 students. The faculty of political science an history are really good . there are 2 midsems conducted by the college to prepare for the final sem exam that is cinducted by Pandit Deendayal Upadhay University . the exam is of easy to moderate level .Many students are able to pass but sometimes it's difficult to score high marks in the exam .
Interview Experience
No there is no gd , interview or written test for admission . The admissions are open for all . the scholarship is provided for the students who have done good in their 12th standard . Anyone have cleared the 12th class from a recognised university and board can apply for the college
Night Life
As Sikar is not a big city so there is no such concept of night life but there are lot of cafes nad restraturents in cirt and near the college where students generally hangout . there are lot of gyms in the cities according to your budgets .
