Likes

My college was so friendly as the teacher have a friendly behaviour to every students
We have a big pond where lots of fishes are there.
Also we have library facilities and lab facilities.

Dislikes

We don't have a proper canteen facilities.
Also we don't have a proper ground facility
Near by bus stop is also not there near to my college

Course Curriculum Overview

The main benifit of this course is that it is a professional course and job opportunity will be 100%. Regarding my b pharm course university exams comes at every 6 months and total we have eight sem i.e 4 years course

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 125000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college fee structure was 125000 per year. And they have extra material fees and coution deposit. Each of these fees where 10000 each. The student who go admission via entrance fees will be directly from govt of trussuries

Campus Life

The overall experience with my campus life is that I enjoyed very well and have explored many things. Mainly the arts in my college because it gives a extra enjoyment for every students who studied here.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities provided from my college was good. As they provide all the facilities for studing and we had separate dinning hall. Refreshment areas ect..The food regarding my college was average but I could have adjusted with that food afterwards.

Hostel Fee: INR 4000 per year

Admission

The reason I choose this college is because this was the college which is situated near to my house. Also I have heard positive things from my many of the students who have completed there b pharm course here.

Faculty

All my faculties in my college are so friendly as they show a friendly behaviour to all of our students. Also regarding to the exams and marks.. they provide appropriate mark for every answers...and they would not decrease marks.

Night Life

Regarding the night life of this college is that , this college is situated in an isolated area..so that as a girl I wouldn't have a night life..but since I was in hostel i had a better night life in hostel.

My college experience

Placement Experience:

Amrita offers a good placement opportunities with different pharmaceutical companies like Cipla,Sun Pharma,etc. Eight semester students are eligible for campus placements. Cipla, Johnson and Johnson,Sun Pharma, Dr.Reddy,etc. I think the highest package was about 3,00,000/- per annum. 100% placement will be provided. I am aiming for further studies.

I choose this course because i like the chemical aspects and studies of drugs.the syllabus is pretty hard because of the frequent examinations.we have two internals and its university exams in just 6 month of time.so feels like very rush.but the syllabus is very vast.faculty could actually improve their method of teachings.

Remarks:

KVM College of Pharmacy has good infrastructure, built up in 1 acre. College provide transportation facility for its students coming from various locations. Those wheel transportation has to pay an additional fee. College has a library which has capacity of 100 students at a time. Library has subscription of various national and international journals. College also has a medical garden which is helpful for students during the practicals.

My dream college in reality.

I got this college based on my marks and rank obtained in the NEET UG entrance exam. You can apply for as many as colleges you like across the country but you'll get according to your rank. The cutoff marks each year depends on the toughness of the exam and the number of seats in mbbs is also increasing yearly. You can't get admission into a medical college in India without writing NEET entrance exam . I've applied to many other colleges also but I was not eligible according to my rank.
