The course curriculum is very relevant to the real world applications on the theory basis. But, there is no practical training of the subjects which makes the student not known to the actual work that they will do in the future.

I am not sure of the placement but from what I know , the placements typically starts in the final semester and some pharmaceutical industries and contract research organisations visit the campus as a part of campus placements. However, the placements are limited and the packages will be low- moderate. Students can attend various placement drives conducted in nearby colleges too.

The yearly tuition fee for the Drug Regulatory Affairs course in Andhra University is ?1,45,000/year which is eligible for exemption under the fee reimbursement scheme of AP Govt if applicable. Additionally, there is an admission fee of ?8,000. For those opting for university hostel accommodation, the first-year admission fee and other charges amount to ?14,500, with a monthly fee ranging from ?3,700 to ?4,000. In the second year, the admission fee will be waived, but the remaining fees will remain the same.

While many minor festivals are not conducted, major festivals are celebrated. The university provides extensive access to books, journals, and other resources through its numerous libraries. However, social life may not be ideal for students. Students from the south has to follow dressing restrictions. These restrictions do not apply to students from other states or countries. Additionally, there are no social clubs for activities. The college experience primarily involves attending classes and studying. The university does offer NCC and NSS programs. Classroom facilities are basic, with only lights and fans provided. There are no sports or extracurricular activities available on campus.

I applied to a central university but did not join due to personal reasons, as it is located far from Andhra Pradesh, where Andhra University is situated. Instead, I joined Andhra University because it is reputed as the best university in AP. If you have the option to choose between a state university and a central university, I recommend choosing the central university. The classes and practicals are conducted more effectively at central universities, whereas Andhra University focuses primarily on theoretical knowledge. The amenities at central universities are also superior, rated 10 out of 10, compared to a rating of 5 for state universities. The admission process for Andhra University is through GPAT and PGECET. For Central Universities is through CUET If you want to join NIPER, you have to clear GPAT and NIPER or if you wanted to join a private reputed university, you mostly need to qualify GPAT.

The faculty to student ration is less considering the subjects even though the students are less too. As I am new to the university, I don't find any of the faculty as best yet. I don't dislike anyone in the university for my department. 4 semesters will be conducted including 2 mid exams and practicals for 1 semester and the final semester includes project work. The difficulty level of exams will moderate in my opinion.

The nightlife in the city is peaceful and serene, featuring beaches, parks, cafes, and more. However, for girls staying in the university hostel, the closing time is 8 PM, which limits the opportunity to go out in the evening. Classes typically end at 5:15 PM, and occasionally at 6 PM, further restricting the time available to enjoy the city's nightlife.
