Course Curriculum Overview
So from the beginning i was passionate about web development so i chossed BCA to get proper knowledge about computer system. The best part of BCA is that it is more practically based than theoretical based. The professors in KPB Hinduja college should keep lectures regularly. So their is 6 semester in 3 years and 2 sem each in 1 year and examination system is not that strict as this course is from open university.
Fees and Financial Aid
So as mumbai university dont provide BCA course i took admission in kpb hinduja college they are integrated with ymcou. College timing and lectures are no so regular but the faculty is pretty good. Computer Lab is also nice
Campus Life
As this course is from open university we don't have any of the annual and technical festivals their. There are varieties of range and accessibility of books and journals available in the library. The company lab facilities and technologies are top notch. Again there's no sports and extracurricular activity. Overall its a place where teachers gives lectures and students attend the lectures there's no extracurricular activities or events.
Admission
So as i want to do BCA and mumbai university not provide this course so i did BCA from ymcou so basically i had not much options in colleges. But if you want to do BCA, KPB Hinduja college is one the best college which is integrated with ymcou For admission process first you have to pay the fees in ymcou portal than you have to pay the remaining fees in the college with the admission form you get from the ymcou portal In total the fees is 30,000 PA.
Faculty
So firstly you have to fill the ymcou admission form which wil be around rs 7100/- than you have the pay the remaining amount rs 23000/- in college with ymcou admission form. So bca course will be of 6 semesters and in last sem you have to submit a final year project. Lectures timing are not regular and depends totally on the professor. Examination process is not that strict. And this course is from ymcou which is a open university.
Night Life
So first to start with cafeteria, lol but there's no such thing as cafeteria in KPB Hinduja College. But college do provide a well maintained gym library and computer lab. There's no hostel for this course from the college or university. And campus timings are irregular totally depends on the availability of professors. So as this college is located in south bombay you get many famous places around the college we literally have khao gully outside the college.
